My car broke down on I-​57 and I had it towed here for service on a Sunday. I didn’t know these guys at all, and when I called them the next day to explain the problem they were very helpful and understanding.
They provided excellent service at an extremely fair price and had me back on the road the next day. It’s always nice to know that there are honest businesspeople out there who want to do good work, even when they knew I wasn’t going to be coming back anytime soon. I was really afraid that I’d get gouged because I wasn’t a local and there was no chance I’d be a repeat customer. Instead, I’m wishing I lived in Kankakee so I could bring my car here for service regularly.
