Known for his strong commitment to helping «the little guy,» James D. Spiros is a skilled litigator with experience in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, and more. In fact, he has secured several multi-​million dollar verdicts, including in 2010 when he secured the largest settlement ever reported in For County of $ 1.45 million. Behind the scenes, James skills in the courtroom have caught others attention. For example, in 2004, he was named one of the leading lawyers in Illinois by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. When he is not defending clients, James is often guest lecturing at the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the University of Illinois College of Law, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
