Took a watch here to have some links removed. $ 6.00 a link!!!
That’s crazy.
Most places its less than $ 10.00 for as Many links as you want total charges
But worse yet, within a day, one of the links fell off and other pins were not put in properly. Very shoddy work! The place is more of a pawn shop than a Jewelry store. This was once a top notch merchant, but no more. Very dissatisfied

Their jewelry is beautiful and upscale, but their service severely lacks. Every time we’ve gone in for repairs or purchases we are usually ignored by the woman who always wears a hat. The young man who usually helps us is very sweet, but is lacking in the knowledge of how much their services should be. No one in the store seems to know how to use the computer either. We have purchased many pieces there and had repairs done, but because of the treatment we’ve received on our visits, we won’t be going there again.

Only a few places in Kankakee County to get upscale jewelry, and this is one of them! Their repair and service is excellent, and if they don’t have what you want they can get it for you. The owner Joyce is extremely knowledgeable and can easily answers any questions you may have. I would highly recommend!
