Comfort Inn & Suites Kannapolis – Concord

Very comfortable, clean experience for a great price. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, everything was modern/​updated. The staff was accommodating. I’d definitely return.

It appears this property was recently updated. Very nicely designed lobby & breakfast bar area. Front desk clerk was very polite and professional at check in.
I had a king suite. Suite included a seating area with sofa and chair, comfortable king bed, desk, hdtv and microfridge.
The breakfast bar had a special feature — its employees. Most Comfort Inns have an employee that refills the breakfast bar foods and usually hide in a back room until another refill is required. This location had employees that were polite and welcoming to the guests. Both days I was there the employee on duty interacted with me and everyone in the breakfast bar area — asking if they could show you what was available or if they could do anything for you. Very impressed.
I did have two minor things that keep me from giving 5 stars, The toilet was very slow to fill after each flush and was quite noisy. The free wifi was very slow and sporadic in loading pages.

Solid hotel for the great price. The «refresh» that they’ve done on the rooms to update the beds, furniture, and bathrooms is perfect. The breakfast that this location offers is similar to other quick-​go breakfasts at other hotels, but it’s fresh, clean, and well organized.
The hotel looks nice and is generally quiet. Having stayed here more than once, The walls of the hotel are thick enough that it’s manageable even with a non-​stop barking furry friend next door.
Darryl Weaks, who often works the front desk, provides great customer service. He’s always friendly and helpful and bring a smile.
If this location had guest laundry, it’d be perfect.

Nice, comfortable hotel, enjoyed our brief stay. Everything seemed new and clean. Good wifi, comfortable beds (queen-​size in the 2-​bed rooms), crisp clean cottony sheets & comforter cover, warm contemporary décor. Good hot breakfast (including real scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit yogurts, waffles, in addition to the usual other stuff) with comfortable eating area. The lady at reception when we checked in was very efficient (but almost robotic). All the rest of the staff we encountered were warm and cheerful. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the outdoor pool because of storms. Seemed like mostly business travelers (all gone by the time we made it down to breakfast, 15 min before closing time (9:30 on weekdays).
