DO NOT get your car detailed here! My console was not clean, my glove box not clean, my windows were streaked, the inside edge of the doors were not cleaned. COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!

Went in for a tint job and was very satisfied with the result. They have a full breakdown of the different shades and reflections and what it actually looks like on your windows. I chose 20% on the rear and 35% on the front as per Missouri regulation. They charged me about 220 with labor which is a little bit higher than some shops but with the professionalism and knowledge that comes with this location an extra 30 dollars is worth the peace of mind. My friend came in and had issues with one of his low beams, jiffy lube told him he’d need to replace an entire piece when he took it to a&a they looked at it and just wedged a loose conductor prong in and only charged him 17 $ for the labor instead of replacing the whole thing anyway and charging him for it without his knowledge like most other shops would. That sort of integrity is priceless.

I don’t know about you, but when I pay to have my car washed, waxed and detailed I expect the chrome and windows to be CLEAN when I go to pick up the car! I also expect loose change I left in the «loose change place» to STILL BE THERE! To top off the terrible-​ness of this transaction, the guy who was supposed to have done the job started giving me EXCUSES for his shoddy work. There ARE NO EXCUSES when you are paid to do a job!
You’ve been warned. If you have 3 hours to waste then an additional 30 minutes waiting for them to finish what they started … this is the place for you!

The older gentleman that owns the place is a nice guy, and his daughter seems to be the same, but there is a severe lack of communication in this shop. I came in to make an appointment to tint my windows, but when the day actually came I was only left with frustration and disappointment. As I dropped my car off they informed me that the shop was running a little behind and that it may take just a little longer than I had scheduled, no problem. I’m not one to make a big deal about that because I understand things happen. I left the shop to kill time as I waited for a call that my car was ready. But the original promised 2 hours turned to 3, then almost 4. At this point I walked back thinking maybe they just couldn’t get a hold of me. As I talk to the gentleman at the counter, he informs me that they hadn’t even gotten to my car yet. I couldn’t believe it, almost 4 hours and not once did they inform me that I should’ve rescheduled via phone call, instead they wait for me to come in and find out myself. The whole experience was very unprofessional, so I asked for my keys and I left to find a different establishment that would help me tint my car. They have definitely lost a customer with the lack of empathy shown.

Quote not honored. Watch unauthorized up-​selling. Tried to charge me for items not authorized when installing my convertible top. Quote was $ 550 but they wanted to add two items for over $ 150 extra without telling me upfront. Seriously? When confronted, Owner admitted he is «retired» and allows his daughter to run things … right down the tube. We finally agreed to one of the items but I did not enjoy the process of haggling on the phone and in-​person with the owner. I prefer no surprises. The manager/​daughter doesn’t get it… she was completely oblivious. The hispanic guy who actually did the work, did a nice job.

Had a $ 175 alarm put in and after 6 trips back it still doesn’t work right. A good place to buy stuff just don’t let them install anything electrical. Allen and Marcie are nice but the rest of the folks don’t GAD. They make appointments for work that they can’t keep. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go elsewhere. They get 1 star cause with Unilocal you can’t give 0 stars.

Amazing amazing!!! I got my new sound system installed perfectly and quickly! They went above and beyond to make it perfect for me! Prices were wonderful. They give you truly the best deal. All the staff were hard workers and had great customer service skills! Give your tips to the ladies– they distribute them to the people that did the work. Will most definitely be going back!!!

DONT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE!!! One star because the place was clean. I paid 130.00 for a detail, wash, wax, leather conditioning and carpet upholstery cleaning. Inside doors and bumper was dirty visibly an showed detailer my black finger. I specifically asked the detailer to clean the headliner (my primary concern). I had quit smoking for over a year and this detail was most important to me to remove the smoke film from the headliner. I was disappointed that it did not appear clean but my bad maybe the damage was done but no… I wiped the liner with a tissue and black came off on the tissue which leads me to believe it was never touched and the wax application is questionable. Never again

I have had my windows tinted here over the years and it’s always been good and competitive. I just tried their detail service and I was very impressed. I brought them my black Expedition (a difficult color and big car) for a detail and they even got white road paint off of the front that I was told wouldn’t come off by two other shops. The car looks awesome and the price was right. I’m very picky and I’ll always go back to AA Royal for details from now on!

I called for a quote to replace my windshield and after conversing with them they were willing to offer me a better price to the lowest quote that I had so far… their deal was one I could not refuse! The staff was courteous and professional!

I find that amazing with all the tints, wheels, and other accessories people apply to their cars.
I love tinting. I drive a lot and it saves my eyes. I had max legal 35 front and almost blackout 5 in back put on my car here. They did a fine job, guarantee the work, and were done on time.
They do all kinds of other stuff here as well. Backup sensors, cameras, sunroofs, leather, etc etc.
