A Cleaner Image Window Cleaning

I bought an older house in a heavily treed area. My home insurance inspector failed the house due to clogged rain gutters and vines growing along the outside of my brick chimney. Insurer stipulated if I address these items my home insurance would be re-​instated. I was given two weeks so I found Scott’s A Cleaner Image on a local KCMO internet search. I was impressed by the reviews and called him and another service company. When I called Scott (on a Sunday evening) I expected a voice recording but he (Scott) answered. I described my situation and the need to address the problem ASAP. Scott viewed my property the next day and gave me a quote. The other company??? was on vacation and passed my info onto another contractor I did not know. I went with A Cleaner Image and boy am I happy I did. Scott was communicative through the whole process and within three days from calling the job was complete (along with before and after pictures for my insurer). I emailed the pictures to my insurer and my house coverage was instantly re-​instated. Thanks Scott for a great and timely service. I have used A Cleaner Image window cleaning for over 10 years. Scott Carlos owns and operates this business and he and his fellow Kansas City fire fighters do a spectacular job. I cannot imagine using anyone else. They also clean gutters and install holiday lights.

I use every service this company offers. They are that good. Windows, gutters, and Christmas lights are all covered by these guys. Everytime they are at my house, they are respectful of my property and are extremely courteous throughout the process. I hate, I repeat, I hate to pay for stuff like windows, gutters, and lights. These guys are priced right because I don’t get the feeling I usually get when a serviceman leaves my house. You know. I will definately use them again and would recommend to anyone.
