At Amity Woods Animal Hospital, it is our goal to provide the best service possible, including high quality medical care, state of the art boarding facilities and high energy doggie daycare. We look forward to developing a relationship with you and your pet!

Meet the Business Owner

Warren J.

Business Owner

Dr. Warren Jones, owner of Amity Woods Animal Hospital and Shoal Creek Animal Hospital, has over 20 years of experience. He attended both to the University of Missouri, Columbia and Kansas State University. After completing his educational studies, Dr. Jones went on to serve in the United States Army as a veterinarian for 6 years.

Dr. Jones has won many awards for his service with animals and community involvement. He has been recognized by the National Animal Control Association and awarded the Park Hill School District Business Owner Volunteer Award. He has served as President for the Kansas City Veterinary Medical Association and is currently a member. He continues to support local animal groups with veterinary care and sponsors events to fund the effort of animal rescue.

As a husband and father of 3 boys, he coaches baseball in the spring and enjoys the days he spends with his family fishing, boating and having fun.
