Burberry

This location is one of the best Burberry stores I have visited. It does not have a large selection like the Chicago or NYC store, but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Alex and Lynn are both wonderful store associates who really make you feel taken care of each and every time you walk into the store. It is a great shopping experience for men and women at this Country Club Plaza location.
One more thing on the smaller selection this store might have in comparison to the larger stores: all the associates are very helpful with finding sizes that might be close to what you will actually wear on an out of stock item or they might find a similar item so that you can know if it is something you want them to try and find. If you do indeed find something that happens to not be at their particular location, they will gladly order it from another store or from the online store. Very great customer service in all aspects and truly represents what a luxury shopping experience should emulate.

My girlfriend and I came in here to touch all the nice products and comment on the jaw dropping prices. It was fun and I discovered I want one of those huge lateral wall mirrors in our mansion some day. Then I unintentionally began to squeeze my pimples because that’s just what I do when I see mirrors.
The store was nice and smelled of leather. If you’re young and they can tell you’re just looking then you will not be offered a bottle of water or soda. However, if you look like you can afford one of their products then they’ll offer you a drink. Meh I wasn’t worried about discriminated against. What surprised me was their very limited selection of clothes and accessories. I want more stuff to touch!

If I had a ton of money and a 30 inch waste, I would shop at Burberry a lot! I love the style and tailoring of Burberry clothing. I love the look of the store and even the look of there ad campaigns.
Well I don’t have a ton of money or even a 32 inch waste (etc.etc.), so I will just pop in to look around. I never feel weird or looked down upon if I don’t buy anything. The customer service is so good that they understand the fine line of helping you or leaving you alone.
I do buy my cologne there and a couple of accessories when I have a couple extra bills. I love their gift wrap, bags and boxes. You talk about quality paper stock and embossment. It’s nice treating oneself when you can and this place makes sure you feel pampered when you do.
I’m so glad they are on the Country Club Plaza and I hope they stay for years to come, even if I mostly just window shop.

When you walk into Burberry someone always opens the door for you– in my case the manager. The employees can be a little stalker-​ish. The employees just stand around and stare at you, especially if your the only one there. I was looking into buying sunglasses there. Everytime I tried on a pair the employee would want to see them on me to tell me how good they looked on me. I just wanted my privacy while looking for a pair of sunglasses. If you buy something there, they wrap your item in gift wrap sealed with a burberry sticker, them put in a burberry box thats then wrapped in gold ribbon with a bow on the top, then they finally put it in a bag with a gold ribbon tied at the top of the bag. I swore the process took 10 minutes. When you leave the door is then opened for you again.
