Glenn’s Pre-Owned Appliances

They have awful customer service. Their 90 day warranty is a joke. Try getting them to come look at your appliance and you’ll be told a myriad of different things.
Note 1: They don’t work on Monday’s.
Note 2: You’ll be told a day for service, and they won’t show up.
Note 3: They take no pride in their work or anything they sell. Everything is dirty, even when delivered.
Note 4: They have been given an «F» by the BBB.
Note 5: Their delivery service /​team does a terrible job as well. They’re not friendly and won’t answer any questions and are generally lackadaisical.
Note 6: All sales are final. This means as soon as they you fork over your hard earned money, they cease to care.
Stay away from this company AT ALL COSTS. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying local. I would have rather given my money to a large chain store or local Craigslist seller than this garbage company, and that’s saying something.
If anyone from the company is reading this (ha, why would they care?) you’ll probably see this same review on Unilocal,yellow pages, Craigslist, and any other site you guys advertise at. Where coincidentally you also have VERY poor ratings.

I have honestly never in my life complained about a store… because I always figure everyone can have a bad day once in awhile… but this is an exception! NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this store.!! Even if you have to wash your clothes on a rock or put your milk in a cooler with ice you will be better off than buying ANYTHING from this store. I purchased a fridge from them… got home and it was the wrong one… I immediately called the store and they confirmed that they loaded the wrong one and then they told me IT WAS MY FAULT because I didn’t check it! Are you kidding me?! They weren’t even sorry… the manager was the rudest person on earth. I told her she should apologize and offer me a refund… to which she said «no refunds under any circumstances». I asked to speak with Glenn… she said he «doesn’t talk to customers». NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from this store… it is a COMPLETE RIP-​OFF!

If you need a dryer or washer (they also have other refurbished appliances) and you’re not necessarily needing something brand new or you can’t afford brand new or, you just want to spend that extra money on something else? This the place to go. I have bought an sleek, black, Amana, digital gas stove here a few years ago and you couldn’t tell it had ever been used. No, I did not want to pay $ 500 for a new stove. That is not one of my priorities. I did want something that looked nice in the kitchen, that worked and that was reliable. That purchase has fit the bill… for $ 200 I might add. This latest purchase was a washer and dryer which look like new and work like new. Total cost? A bit over $ 325. For an extra $ 35 or so (depends upon stairs, access into the home, etc.) you can get your appliances delivered and the old ones hauled away. I like that.
