Jenny takes care of my Bostons, Daisy and Peach and we all three just love her. She is the only one that has ever taken care of them and they are so excited to see her. Go Pet Go has a really good variety of dog food and cat food that you cannot find just everywhere. I only want the best for my girls thats why we love Go Pet Go!

I take my dogs to Go Pet Go for grooming and the staff is always wonderful to me and my dogs. They do a great job and are very friendly.

Awesome, amazing, wonderful, and knowledgable staff. They have affordable pricing, and a wide carried variety of food and treats! The lady helped me feel comfortable branching out, and trying a new flavor of food, for my very picky dogs! I always make sure to stop, if I am in the area!

If you can afford it this place has the best quality food money can buy for your much loved animal. We loss a cat 1 year ago to Chronic Kidney Disease (ckd) which is one of the leading killers in cats. After our cat passed I did a lot of research so I’d never have to go through that again, keeping your cat alive but then having to give him a shot everyday, fluids, we just couldn’t do it. It lead me to the best quality nutrition and this place has it. If you need to continue to buy the kibble you’ll find the best nutrition here, if you only knew what is really in our pets food you’d be shocked, the grains and carbohydrates etc. and a bunch of other ingredients you wouldn’t believe so do yourself & your animal a favor and go to Go Pet Go. Our cats need water and if you have indoor cats that don’t go outside they need the water content in canned food so they don’t dehydrate. This will keep the kidneys flushed and help with the overall well being of your cat. A outdoor cat gets the water intake from the animals they eat not so if they’re inside so if your feeding kibble at least supplement with canned and if you can’t afford this canned food I recommend store bought but at least they’d be getting the water content. So as I close and believe me I’m giving good advice and trying to save you a lot of money and pain this place has the best food kibble & canned food in town.

This location was referred to me by our Parkville Go Pet Go for long haired cat grooming. We are new clients to this Go Pet Go for their cat grooming services. I had an extremely disappointing experience at our last appointment and will not be returning for grooming services. When first being advised of their grooming process, I was advised that my kitties would need to stay about four hours, as many cats don’t like the entire process, so they give them lots of down time in between services/​blow-​dry. Due to an issue at work, I arrived late for my cats appointment. The groomer that was scheduled to take care of him was behind the counter. She said that I was 30 minutes late (I was) and that if I had called she would help me but since I had not called she would not. Being a late customer is annoying, I know. Blatantly turning away business in a harsh tone without a smile is simply bad business. Further, her response implied she did not care for her customer’s etiquette (not calling), but clearly she had capacity as if I would have called she would service my cat. Further, she did not even address my pet. When I send my pets to spend four hours with someone I want to at least have confidence they are kind and truly love animals. Her vibe was harsh and cold. Moving on. This being said, I still give the Parkville location my business for their great selection of food/​treats.

When my wife and I moved to the Northland, we stumbled across this place. We were looking for a good place to get pet stuff. Go Pet Go is great! It really is a one-​stop shop.
We were looking for a place that could potentially have some off brand, but good food for our dog. We put Obi on a grain-​free diet because the stuff we were feeding him was causing him to have random boosts of excess energy that he would run laps around the apartment to burn off. We called them ‘frenzies.’ Since the switch to grain-​free, his energy level has leveled off and he has put on a lot of muscle. At Go Pet Go, they have a great selection of grain-​free dog food as well as toys, chews, treats, and other pet needs.
Another great feature here is the bathing area. You can bring in your dog and use their facilities to bathe them, which is very useful if you don’t want to dirty up your bathtub or just don’t have the facilities at home. For a small fee, you can use their easy-​to-​use facilities to care for your pet.
Lastly, they also have grooming services. You will need to make an appointment for this. We have been looking for a good groomer for a while. The last place we went left unattractive rough shaving marks in Obi’s hair. After getting Obi back from the groomers at Go Pet Go, Obi looked great! Smooth cut and very professional. Highly recommended!

So… being a new dog owner, I took my dog straight to the shower the day I got her and boy was that such a BIG MESS! Thank god this Go Pet Go wash station exists! $ 15 do it yourself dog wash is a steal compared to other pet stores that I’ve called about.
I love the fact that I don’t just drop her off and let someone wash her, it definitely takes away bonding with your pet. Despite the fact that she wanted to get the heck outta there after getting sprayed with water, it’s still a great bonding experience with your pet.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! I could tell that the staff loved dogs as much as we did!
$ 15 dog wash station:
There are three wash stations with a doggie staircase and a short leash to keep your doggie in the tub. My favorite part is that the shower hose has settings you can change that makes the water have either shampoo, conditioner, hypoallergenic shampoo, or rinse setting. It makes it super convenient to not have to bring a bunch of bottles with you to wash with. THE CONDITIONER IS AMAAAAZZING! My dog’s coat was super shiny after her bath there! Towels are also provided so everything is there. Haha there are even aprons for you to wear, which is a plus, so you don’t get wet!
There’s also a drying station where they have about 4 dryers with leashes to keep them on the table plus brushes + doggie perfume!
Oh and btw, I highly recommend the dog treats there! I prefer this local place compared to petco. More of a local vibe, cheaper prices, and has a great selection of dog food and other doggie things.
I will definitely take our dog Marlee there every two weeks to keep her all clean and pretty :)

Our cat eats the Fromm brand cat food, so we always purchase from Go Pet Go! The staff rocks. They are always so kind and knowledgeable. I recommend the store to everyone I know!

I have been going to go pet go since they were at their other location I believe for about 3 years now. I use their u wash station.
Now, I must say that I have 2 dogs, a toy poodle & a husky. They have vastly different needs & this place can accommodate both.
My poodle uses the groomer (at the parkville location) for his cuts & special treatment. While my husky only uses the groomer for nail trims. Both locations are great.
My Husky is a big baby when its bath time. So, I always have to get assistance to lift him into the metal bath tub. They have a ramp that the dog could walk up but my doggie refuses to. The opening on the tub seems kinda small to me. So, if you have a big dog you will have to lift him/​her into the tub.
Once in the tub there is a place to connect ur collar or use the provide collar/​lead to hold them in place. There are 2 or 3 shampoo options & conditioner. They provide plastic aprons & towels for you.
Once you have completed your dogs bath you head to the next room for drying. Now this is my favorite part! (Insert sarcasm) I blow my dogs hair first the wash then dry. The blow dryers are high powered. My dogs hair is light fluffy and blows EVERY WHERE! looking like clouds floating throughout. Oh, yes I close the door & I place towels at the bottom of the door opening as well.
With wet towels & dog hair every where the staff is insisted on them cleaning up. I always feel bad at how much hair my dog sheds & leaves EVERY WHERE. But the staff remain professional & understanding that it is the life of a husky owner.

Awesome service, knowledgeable staff, and great products. I have been bringing my rescue dog there so she can walk around and get used to people. They are really nice to her even though she is difficult. This is my first positive review on Unilocal
