I wish I could give him zero stars. I thought he was great at first but I came on Monday to pick up my dry cleaning and he said everything was done except a coat I had altered and dry cleaned and to come back the next day. That’s today. His hours say 9:00a — 5:30p so I show up at 9:45a and call the number listed and he says he’s not opening until 10a. I then show up again at 12:00p and it’s still locked. I call him and he says to come back tomorrow. WTF?!? No I can’t come back tomorrow because I’m getting on a plane tonight to LA and will not be back until Dec 2 and by then, the shop will be out of business already (as of Nov. 30). Are you kidding me? He’s got my $ 650 coat sitting in his shop and I have no way to get it. This is extremely upsetting and frustrating.
Kansas City, WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR YOU TO HAVE A LEGITIMATE DRY CLEANING AND ALTERATION SHOP!!!

I got a pair of suit pants hemmed here. They did a good job and they had a reasonable price. I think its cash only which is a bit of a pain but overall a good easy experience.
