Very friendly and nice atmosphere. I was a little disappointment with the white mocha. I ordered it extra sweet and it didn’t have that sweet taste as other places we have tried. I will give them another chance next time we are in the area..

For a Saturday afternoon in Zona Rosa, I had no trouble finding parallel parking nearby, and the coffee shop wasn’t too crowded which I prefer. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was inviting with adequate indoor seating. The soft, soothing music did much to relax me as I worked on my laptop. However, and hence the 3 stars, I was not blown away by their VANILLALATTE. It leaned on the bland side. I prefer my coffee a little stronger, but I did like that it wasn’t overly sweet. I would come back and give this place another try. On my way out, I noticed they have a seasonal baked maple pumpkin latte that I wish I’d ordered instead. Perhaps that would’ve been a better selection.

Came here with my family. My dad was disappointed that they didn’t have dark roast coffee, but the coffee he did get was good. They offered free samples of pumpkin bread and banana nut bread. Great atmosphere and they provide games and books for fun. Would come here again. Oh and free wifi. Woot.

I was never impressed by Latte Land in general, but now that they’ve been bought out by Kaldi’s Coffee I’ve noticed a significant incline in quality and service. Kaldi’s Coffee is flavorful, well-roasted, and they offer some seriously delicious drink options. I’m just waiting for the transition to be complete so people can truly enjoy Kaldi’s Coffee without thinking about the sub-par experience of Latte Land.

I have been here several times and each time the service is so-so. They don’t really look up when you walk in(and I came when it wasn’t that busy). When I asked for something special they did it, it was just that they weren’t friendly. Mostly that is all I can say is a huge lack of feeling like they appreciated my business. I will probably avoid unless I happen to be in Zona and want a cup of coffee and there is no place else to go.

The worst cup of $ 5.00 coffee that I’ve ever had. I’m not a coffee snob… but I’m honestly not sure if I’ll ever go back(and I live within walking distance).

My fav latte land!!! I love them in general cause they make lattes with Almond milk upon request :) But this location is bigger than most of the other ones and has great staff and lots of comfy chairs to hang out in.

Not out of this world, and not bad either. Staff is usually friendly, and the décor is nice, a lot of light. The place has more of an in and out vibe vs. chill, read a book or meet friends for a drink kind of place.

I came from out of town and while visiting the shopping center here I was pleased to find a specialty coffee shop. They were happy to make me a cup of coffee with their Chemex. Although it took much longer than anticipated from what I’m used to when ordering a manual brew, I was pleased with the flavor. Although they don’t roast their own beans, I am pretty sure they use a local KC roaster to provide them with a fresh roast along with plenty of choices to chose from.

The girls working were more interested in there friend that was in the store then helping a customer. They also finished her and her boyfriends drinks before they even looked at mine. When I finally did get my drink it was extremely soupy so I had to wait even longer for them to remake it. My advise for you is to go to Barnes and Noble Starbucks you’ll have better luck.

If I could give points for being open early, when nothing else around is open, I would. But that’s still not reason enough for me to recommend this Latteland location. When I checked in on my phone, I was reminded I hadn’t been here in six months so the rating«Yay! I’m a fan» would be a bit dishonest. The place is small, with an enormous table taking up most of the seating area, so the two comfy chairs were quickly taken and I was relegated to the big table. Apparently, the idea is that you get your coffee and saunter off to window shop, but it was raining so hard the morning I came here, that wasn’t an option. The coffee was excellent; I had a latte, but there was nothing about this shop to bring me back other than its location. Even the notices on the bulletin board, meant to provide a «community» feel to the place seemed uninteresting. The staff was friendly and efficient so no complaints there either. It’s just not a destination as in «hey let’s go to Latteland!» If I were walking around the Zona Rosa, or out early again, as I was this past week, I’d definitely stop in here again for coffee. But that happens so rarely that I expect it will be another six months when I get another reminder of my visit.

One word: CARAMELLA! This drink is genius in the most simplistic way. Who knew that a simple caramel and vanilla mix would result in latte heaven? Latteland specializes in this drink and does it ever so tastefully. I love this location because the customer service is excellent, the place is clean with nice décor. They use quality ingredients, etc. I was in KC for 9 days and visited Latteland 7 of those days for the Caramella. I totally suggest getting an extra shot of espresso in the large. It comes with two, but three makes it perfect. That’s my only negative feedback for this place. Smalls come with one shot, but mediums and larges come with two. I wish larges came with three. It makes for a more balanced drink. Overall, this is my favorite coffeespot when I come to KC

Good coffee, comfy, selection of syrups to add to my espresso drinks, friendly staff and free wifi, was all appreciated! Seriously worn down furniture and not very clean. The music is annoying and they kept changing the volume also annoying. Doesn’t quite have that comfy coffee house vibe. Still I’d rather spend time here than Starbucks.

Well, it’s Latte Land, so by default I like it. That being said, it certainly ranks lower than the downtown and plaza locations. Positive: The coffee is good, and it’s very low traffic in the early hours, thanks to being in the middle of a retail center. The staff are friendly. Negatives: It’s just sorta junky, with threadbare furniture. I’m surprised the Latte Land brand allows for that. Also the music selection is seriously obnoxious. It’s all very aggro-rock 2004. Thank goodness I had headphones. If I choose to work up North for the day, I’ll probably always head to this Latteland, but that’s more because I don’t know of a better alternative, not because I feel like they’ve really earned my loyalty.

This location is great. Very friendly staff! I had a decaf carmella bliss/no whip today and it was super sweet(but I hung in there) and yummy. «Bliss» means a blended iced coffee btw. The furniture was well loved(read: worn out) and comfy. It’s a great spot to sit and talk, but not too loudly or your voice will echo in the high ceiling traveling right over to the window seat area. The window seating is perfect for people watching and I love that!

Fantabulous! Especially for a quick Espresso, which is what I did while waiting for MORE shoe shopping by my wife at DSW.(ok, ok, I like DSW, too, and the shoes, but still). Very friendly, very quick, and a great location. Tasty!

The staff here was incredibly friendly and the menu was varied and priced well. A great alternative to Starbucks, if you’re fighting the eternal battle against«The Man». Not that I am against the Starbucks Man, but I always like to check out the local competition just for fun.
