McDonald’s

Staff is not friendly. I asked for heavy sauce on my sandwich and charged an additional $ 1. That’s as much as the burger cost. It’s only this one that charges. I needed a napkin but I’m sure those are .50cents each. Burger King next time.

Clean and friendly. The service is prompt and I really appreciate how fast they get the customers in and out. I’ve never had an issue with them getting my order wrong. Coming right off Broadway it’s sometimes tricky to get in and out, but it’s the same inside the restaurant or thru the drive through. Thanks McDonalds employees. I appreciate you.

I knew from the outside of this place I should have avoided it. I was just wanting something quick so ordered the Pick Two. Had a double cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. It was 2 in the afternoon place was dead. Food was cold, stale and tastes like it has been on their hot plate since noon. Parking lot was horribly littered.
Will not be back.

consistent, convenient, low price, food=meh…try not to eat too many of their burgers but the breakfast seems to be ok.

Basically the holy grail of a bad McDonald’s. Just gross. Rude staff taking your orders, subsequently giving you the wrong order, doing all of it

I am not really sure how to write this without being angry at the guy working the hand out window and using descriptions that could lead to a lawsuit.
I have stopped at this McDonald’s drive thru many times in the past. It is often a good place to grab a quick drink when down in the area. Today I was out with the pug and the pug pointed out that I forgot his water cup and that he was thirsty. Being I can no longer drink carbonation a soda was off the list for me. I considered an iced tea but I have not had caffeine in over two months and didn’t want to be up for three days even though I have a busy weekend. I pulled in and asked for two waters. One for the pug and something for me to sip on.
I pulled past the pay window and up to the window to get the waters and quench the pugs thirst. After taking the waters the guy in the drive thru handed me a little packet of ranch. Obviously it was a sarcastic commentary on me getting two waters with the offer of random free things.
I will keep all the words I would like to describe this guys action to myself. I will not return to this McDonald’s at any point because of his actions.

This location is really bad. I’m forced to eat at this one as it’s right next to where I work and going to the Main St location would waste my time.
Anyway, all the staff are pretty rude/​dumb. Half the people don’t understand what you are asking for (and I’m not being racist… they are just too stupid to understand you when you ask for a number 1…).
They also have ridiculous «policies»: You can’t get your cup to fill before you get your food if you’re in the dining area. You can only stay there for 30 mins to eat then they ask you to leave. They won’t give you LESS of something if you ask for it (ex, if you ask for a half pump of chocolate syrup in your McCafe rather than a full cup, they refuse to do it.)…

Just last week my friend Cindy took me to this local Kansas City treat. I had no idea that there could be such an amazing place as this heartwarming memorial dedicated to the philanthropist clown Ronald McDonald, a pioneer in the battle against childhood obesity. I will be sure to tell my friends about the magic of miracles that occur every day at this Kansas City Original.

I just had some of the worst customer service at this McDonald’s. I went inside but had ask for a to go order. While I waited they gave me my drink cup. The fountains were off and it seemed to annoy an employee named «Josh» that he had to turn them on. But he really got pissy when I asked for a straw. He said no and that I would have to wait until my order was complete and it would be in my sack.
At this point another employee handed me my food and I asked for a refund because I’d rather go somewhere else. Josh refused to give me a refund and told me to leave. Apparently they don’t care if customers are happy at this McDonald’s.
Unfortunately, I’ve had a similar level of service at this store several times but this time it was bad enough I won’t go back. There are lots of other fast food places in Midtown so I suggest people pick a different one.

Food Poisoning Alert! I got food poisoning from eating an Angus Deluxe burger that they have just come out with. I should have known better because the meat wasn’t very warm. Then I called back the restaurant to let them know that I lost my lunch and the supervisor didn’t apologize and referred me to their complaint line! What a jerk. Anyway, don’t eat at this wretched place.
