I chose this florist because they were less than 2 miles from my wife’s work downtown. I placed my order two days in advance and not only did they fail to deliver the flowers on a Friday before my wife left from work, but they did not call or email me to inform me that they were unable to complete the delivery. Instead I had to call them to be informed by the rude person answering the phone that they couldn’t find the correct building and that I could either come pick them up without being refunded the $ 15.00 delivery fee, or they would try again on the following Monday to deliver the then would be 4 day old flowers. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this florist!

I’ve never ordered flowers for delivery long-​distance before. I was hesitant about this shop as they had no reviews, and other shops had terrible stories in reviews about wrong or small arrangements, late delivery, etc.
So I sucked it up and ordered online, hoping for the best.
Within 5 minutes they called to inform me — to my horror — that the arrangement I’d ordered wouldn’t be available for delivery that day. So I put myself into their hands, and said, «Please just substitute with similar live plants, thank you… » And waited.
I ordered about 10: am CST. It was delivered at 3: pm.
It is beautiful, and lush, and did not suffer at all for the substitutions.
And, rather than putting stupid butterflies all over the thing to make up for not having the one I’d ordered, they thoughtfully (and hilariously) added a chicken (or, at least, as close as they could get). I’d mentioned my Mom’s chickens in the card, and they ran with it. I’m still laughing about it. :) My Mom is thrilled, and her coworkers tell me its beautiful.
Fantastic first-​time floral delivery experience. Highly recommended. :)
