It’s truly amazing how this place manages to stay in business. I ordered two drinks, had to repeatedly state what they were, then waited 10 minutes. Once they came out, they couldn’t tell which was which, ran back in, figured it out, handed them to us. We tried them, and they still got the drinks wrong.
Each visit has been similar, and I’m not sure how it can be this consistently bad outside of absentee management providing neither guidance nor consequences for simply poor organization.

This is an experience that will teach me to read the reviews. The service is indeed, extremely slow. It is accurate however, and friendly. Especially considering that it was raining and the carhop was studs friendly.

The service here can be truly awful. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. I really wish it was different because they are so stinking close to my house. I go here all the time, this isn’t based off of one bad experience, it just takes forever. The food is good and right for sonic though. I’ve never had a complaint about my order not being right or it not being fresh.

This place is awful… ughhh…slow service, cold food and the employees argue with you when they bring your food about whether or not you used your card. And what the F is with the aftertaste in the drinks… PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN OR IF YOU EAT HERE

The food here is always typically Sonic. While it’s «fresh every time» the service here is unbearably slow. This location doesn’t have a drive thru yet, and I could barely hear myself order with the sound of a busy road only 50 feet away. Total wait time for an order placed in the one o’clock hour: 11 minutes.

The drinks are the best and only thing good to order here! My vanilla dr pepper was tasty. I’ve had a variety of their drinks & slushes. They’re all good.
