The sandwich artist was less than welcoming, and seemed to be having a bad day. Otherwise, this was your typical Subway, with a small, clean, dining area.

I have eaten there 2 days in a row and not an issue, the guy who made my food made sure NOT to put green tomato on it. I am thinking it is just who you get, but this is a good place to stop for lunch

Usually I’m pleased with my Subway experience, but not this time. I’m sure it was an isolated incident but still unacceptable. The sandwich artist, Kyra, was slow and disinterested. She put very green tomatoes on my sandwich when there were fresh, ripe ones available. Once she finally finished with our sandwiches, I asked for a water. Before I could say anything she charged me for bottled water when what I wanted was a complimentary water cup. She didn’t ask. She assumed. When I complained she didn’t know how to issue a refund so I ended up just paying for it. She also didn’t ask if the sandwiches were being paid for separately or together. Once again she guessed wrong further complicating things. These are small things that should have been easy to get right. I don’t mean to be a snob about the things she did, but I do take issue with her slovenly, rude attitude. Another either poorly trained employee or she was just lazy or both. Bad experience.
