Bob is AWESOME!!!
He easily and willingly accommodated 30 people for my wife’s surprise birthday party. Not only did he reserve tables for my group on a Saturday evening, but he made sure we had pizzas delivered so we had food.
Great prices on drinks, and his bar staff is beyond incredible.
Do yourself a favor, grab a drink at this hidden gem. Ask for Bob, and if he’s there, he’ll gladly chat with you.
Count me as a fan.

I have worked here on and off for a few years and it’s a great place to bring some friends and catch up! We have different events that happen and they are always a fun time! The people that come here are very nice and it creates a great atmosphere! Right now is a great time to come visit, with 5 tvs you won’t miss your favorite sporting events! To top it off we have great drink specials! Stop in! :)

I went to this place a few times and enjoyed myself, even recommended it to others. That will end now. When the owner is telling you to get the fuck out while you are trying to pay your tab (which you had to tell the bartender you actually had one because she is too shitfaced to remember), and said owner is being creepy to the women you are with, it it’s time to call it quits on going to that place. The cherry on top was having the piece of shit owner trying to fight my friends when we asked for a pen to sign our tabs. I have been a drunken asshole before, but none of us were last night. Bottom line, go to tavern on 103^rd if you want free drinks with the possibility of a fight and your lady friends being creeped out

I don’t know what happened to my first review or my pictures (a Unilocal moderator screwed up my original listing for this place, I suppose).
Anyway, this is a great little bar — no frills, just friendly people, good drinks, and a nice atmosphere. Plenty of televisions for watching games, and BYOF (bring your own food) including pizza from the shop next door.
I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in KC.
