Be aware poor quality product. I’ve purchased burnout wash sweatpants and after wearing them for only a week they wore off so much that i had to throw them away. The knees were sticking out, the material wore off in some spots so much that i could literally see through it, and the whole pants were covered in lint balls. Tried to contact the company, but it seems they just ignore the customers, they never get back to me. These pants should be recalled.

Finally heard from Customer Service regarding my garment. They’re replacing the defective item and have given me a discount on a future purchase. They are also looking into why it took two weeks, three emails, and a small social media campaign for my issues to reach the head of customer service. Seems, that I wasn’t the only one having an issue and my situation brought to light an unfortunate employment problem. Glad to be able to give this company and its products a better review.

I came across this clothing company when I received a shirt as a gift.
First thing that came to mind was the soft quality of the shirt and materials used to make it.
