Terrible, terrible service. I’ve been a loyal valvoline customer for years and never had a bad experience until I visited this location. All three bays were full when I arrived, but I was the only person waiting. They asked me to pull to bay 3. After a 20 minute wait, bays 1 and 2 opened up and I was ignored by the staff. 15 minutes later another car pulled up and they directed him right in to the first open bay. 5 minutes later another car pulled up and was directed in even though I had been waiting 40 minutes at this point. When I asked the staff about it they didn’t have an answer and didn’t apologize. If there was a reason I needed to be in a specific bay, communicating that would have been appreciated. I just felt ignored. I won’t be going back to this location.

This location is always consistently friendly, professional, communicative and efficient. I wish I would have found this place sooner. They’ve made a loyal customer out of me, and I would recommend them any time!

This is a clean officiant quick oil change they have an early bird special where you can get $ 10 off a regular oil changes i think is about $ 30 I used a coupon $ 10.95 regular oil change and was very satisfied I’ve used them several times I do think $ 40 is too much for a traditional oil change which is their normal sticker price go for the early bird special or get a coupon
