We offer a full array of copy services, including: black and white copies, color copies, laminating, binding, faxing, posters, banners, shredding and computer time rental. Documents can be submited in person, or send them to us online at www​.the​ups​store​lo​cal​.com/6097. We also offer mailbox service with 24 hour access, and a real street address, meaning we accept packages from all carriers (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL). Established in 2014.

The UPS Store Kapaa is under new ownership as of May 2014. The Adler family, owner of seven The UPS Store franchises throughout the Hawaiian Islands, are proud to rededicate this location with expanded services and hours! Customer service is our number one priority, so try us again for the first time!

I do a lot of random printing for nonprofit work, and after many efforts of only supporting the ‘small local business’ like I wanted to, I went to UPS Store because many of the others were unreliable. These people are AMAZING! They answer the phone, return calls/​emails right away, can get print jobs done SUPER fast (mostly within the hour) and they have a wonderful staff who have come to know me by name. Joel & everyone else over at UPS Store — mahalo for taking great care of us!

While it holds true that our box of mead was quite costly to ship, we are happy that we got them out. There is no way the airline would have accepted our 6 bottles and as it turns out, UPS is actually cheaper than what the airline might have chosen to do.
Anyhow, they also mail out those wonderful flat rate USPS boxes as well. Great service, a wonderful abundance of «Fragile» stickers (after you purchase the packet, but they don’t cost much and there’s a lot in there), yes, this is a good spot.
Also, if memory serves correctly, this might be the only spot nearby that allows the mailing of liquor. Don’t quote me on that though, I could be wrong but I remember someone mentioning that to us.

Shaughnessie is the bomb, she always helps me out when I get there and they open early. When I got to get things notarized or scanned, or fast kind copy, bam I go there.

Travelers Beware…
Just prior to leaving for the airport to return home from vacation, I stopped at this store to ship a 25lb package of souvenirs back to the mainland (MN). The «cheapest» I was told I could do the shipment for was $ 89 (unless I wanted to wait 3 months for my package to arrive home). I was in a rush to head to the airport, and understand things tend to be pricey in Hawaii, so I paid the $ 89.
Upon arriving home, I looked up the pricing on the UPS website and found that their fee for shipping was $ 70. I know the store needs to make a buck, but they charged me a $ 20 premium (note: they did not do any of the boxing nor sell me the packing materials). I also looked up the shipping fees at USPS, and the fee would have been only $ 60.
This store is really taking advantage of tourists, and has soured me on using UPS Stores in the future. .. .

Shaughnessie Roa and her staff are amazing! I had an emergency client matter, which they were able to resolve quickly and efficiently. I was able to email documents from the mainland to them, which they printed for my client so they were ready to sign,. They notarized his signature and returned the documents to me electronically and via overnight delivery. I would recommend this store to anyone who needed professional and diligent assistance.
