Jamba Juice

There is nothing more in the world that my daughter loves more than Jamba Juice! She will eat any vegetable we tell her to as long as there is the promise of a Jamba waiting at the end of that veggie rainbow. This time around she was rewarded for finishing an entire bowl of edamame and excitedly ran from our dinner spot a few doors down to the smoothie promised land.
The guys taking her order and making her smoothie were very friendly and her drink came out quickly. The only downside to this location is the floors were extremely dirty as though no one had swept all day and I grimaced as two beetles walked across the ground in front of us. It’s a simple thing but if you’re not sweeping the floors it has me wondering what else we’re not doing in terms of cleaning.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the employees were friendly enough, and they bring your drinks out to you here, which I thought was a nice touch.
I ordered a large orange dream machine for which I paid $ 6.90 (including tax.) I asked if they could make it a «light.» I was then told that they couldn’t make a light orange dream machine, (which is wrong because I get them in the other stores all the time, and they are always good.) So, what I got here was a frothy cup of barely cold foam, with unblended chunks of ice in it, and which was barely noticeable as an orange dream machine in flavor. The young man who brought my drink to me where I was sitting did say that if I didn’t like it they would redo my order, but I didn’t really have the time to wait for a redo. I didn’t notice until I got home and looked at the receipt that the order was rung up as an Orange Dream Machine with «no frozen yogurt, no orange sherbet, and sub LoCal DBase,» whatever that is. Well, now I know why it was so lousy. $ 7.00 for a cup of tepid flavorless foam. At least they bring your drinks to you. I will stick to the Jamba Juice in Ewa Beach from now on.

Of all the years this Jamba Juice has been around I have only visited twice. Back to back days during my vacation week from work.
As I entered the premises I was greeted right away by one of the employees. There was too much to decide on. I told the customer behind of me to go ahead and order. I finally decided to order Papaya Sunrise as a drink. The drink was delicious and it sure did cool me down for the night.
My second visit I had ordered the Papaya Paradise smoothie. During this visit I decided to kill time inside of the establishment. There were a few tables with chairs for individuals who want to enjoy their drinks and snacks. I noticed there was a ATM for individuals who need to take out money.
The employees were very friendly during my two visits. I’m deducting a star because I noticed rubbish on the floor. I’m unsure how often the workers keep the place clean. I did take notice that the establishment did pass the Department of Health inspection. That’s a plus in my books.

Very upset today, sent my assistant to pick up our office order. I ordered a garlic roll and its burnt! Why would they give me a burnt product?

If my fiancée loves it then it’s a winner. This is his favorite Jamba Juice on this island. We come so often they know how orders by heart. Their drinks are always good and consistent and their employees are so nice and always happy to help. Amazing staff and great drinks.

When we entered the store, the cashier didn’t even greet us. I asked if I could use a coupon. She looked at it and said yeah. So I’m waiting for her to ask what we wanted. But she doesn’t ask, she just stares at me. So I order (it’s a BOGO smoothie w/​purchase of baked good). I order the first drink and again she just stares at me, saying absolutely Nothing. Your taking my order, aren’t YOU supposed to ASK what else I want???
My second drink is the same flavor, so easy enough. Then I’m waiting for her to ask what baked good did I want. AGAIN, she’s just staring at me! I ask for the blueberry cream cheese scone (it’s so tiny, the size of it was no bigger than a quarter).
Gives me the total. I pay.
She doesn’t even say Thank you. I asked for my receipt. Again, all I get is silence. If it’s customer service your looking for, don’t come here.
The one star is for the fact that we got our order and my kids enjoyed their drinks. FYI, my bbccs was gone in one bite. Was it worth $ 1.29? Jury is still out on that one.

Tucked away in the building in between other businesses. Small little area to sit with only two tables, two bench area by the windows. First sight walking in is the dirty floor. The staff in the back were very loud, lots of laughing even over the loud music but I would rather have happy workers than someone disgruntled making my drink! Overall not too bad, maybe a little push of the broom every now and then.

Since I’ve been slowly increasing my body weight I’ve needed more calories in my diet. Jamba Juice comes to the rescue with relatively healthy choices! My favorites lately have been the all fruit Pomegranate Paradise and veggie and fruit blend, Apple ‘N Greens. 400 – 500 calories taste great in liquid form and it’s an easy way to eat more.
I stay away from the acai bowls and oatmeal because I’m on the go often and need at least one hand on the steering wheel. I’ve had the acai bowls and oatmeal though and I think they’re good.
Service is fast here and parking is plentiful. I will definitely be stopping by at Jamba Juice or some place similar for more smoothies in the future!

I just got to sample the Tropical Dragon smoothie! The taste was so yummy and the color was bright magenta! Will definitely buy it on my next visit.

Very friendly staff, same yumminess as every other Jamba Juice. But what I really want to know is how can they run out of «fresh orange juice». You’re telling me you’re out of fresh orange juice while I’m standing in front of your basket of oranges? I mean, I’m no professional orange juice maker but I’m sure they have machines for these things right? Maybe they already cleaned the machines and felt lazy to have to clean the oranges and machine again.

When we left Jamba with our drinks, we did a cheers to wish my daughter «good luck» on her road test. & I think the Jamba Cheers did it, she passed! Thanks Jamba! (LOL)

I really like this Jamba Juice. it’s the nicest one out there. I was able to use the 3.00 off rewards program and I am glad to get a opportunity to go to venture out to Kapolei and I am glad I am excited to go there and take advantage of the 3.00 off deal. I hope to be back again at this location

Customer service is awesome. Super friendly. I think its my favorite jumba juice to go to on the island.

A little annoyed/​disappointed that the cashier didn’t ask me about entering my phone # for their new rewards system before I placed my order. I’m not familiar with the system so just after she swiped my credit card, I asked if I could enter my phone # to get the points. She said I had to do it BEFORE I ordered and didn’t even offer to cancel the order and redo it so I could get the points. I only ordered one drink and there was only 1 person in line behind me (they were not busy), so I don’t think it would’ve been that hard. At least my drink was ok.

Dear Jamba Juice Manager/​Franchise Owner… please consider another way to reduce expenses… when the customer orders 16 oz. Chunky PB & Jamba they do not expect to receive 8 oz. I did present a gift coupon so is that why I was short-​changed on the my product? Very sad indeed. I told the Jamba Juice service provider and she said, «look at those nice big blueberries you have there» …I suppose that was to distract me. If it helps I was there on 8÷26÷13 around 7:45 a.m.

So I went back to this location, after receiving great service the last time and I ordered the exact same drinks, a Gotta Guava and Peanut Butter Moo’d. I wish I remembered the employees name, but it was 2 young men working that day. I want to say the cashier’s name started with a «K»…anyway, he was very pleasant when taking my order and even asked if I wanted my receipt, which I declined (save the trees!!!) however, he printed me a receipt for a survey of some sort that I’d have to fill out to receive a free drink. I thought that was nice of him. I like free things every now and then. I only waited a few minutes, and when I got my drinks, it was the moment of truth. I took the first sip, and it was bliss. Perfectly made, I was ecstatic! Service and consistency is VERY important in my books, and my second visit was just as great as my first. Keep up the good work Jamba Juice Kapolei!

Love Jamba Juice in general, and that without a doubt includes this one. Great customer service, and they are very welcoming.
I always get the purely pineapple now made with coconut water — yum!
Another awesome pro to Jamba Juice is the ingredient list is very accessible: Which made searching for Vegan friendly options nice and easy. And they do have some wonderful vegan friendly options — definitely a score in book!
