Exquisite Auto Detail

My vehicle needed some attention and my friends recommended this place. I had to GPS the place and ended up on the back side of the shop. The owner and workers were extremely nice and informed me where to go. So I headed to the front of the building and waited for them to finish up the vehicle they were working on.
The waiting room is quite nice with leather sofas, play area, restroom facilities and a small area of complimentary food times to enjoy while you wait. I had brought something with me to eat while I waited. The nearest food eatery is located near Costco Kapolei which is roughly a 5 minute walk.
I must say Mike Le and staff did an amazing job in the 1 hr 30 mins of my appointment. They resorted my badly water stained vehicle. Tried to work on this one problem area but ran out of time. He recommended which services to pick and when to come in for future services. If you are considering a Exquisite Auto Detail, LLC I would recommend booking an appointment on-​line.
If you want fast, quality and professional auto detail services this is the place. :)

As a first timer taking my car to get waxed and detailed, I’m not sure if my expectations were too high, but I was really disappointed with the finished product. I paid for the luxurious wash and wax, and paid more for a sealant to get put on, as recommended by the associate. He got the water spots off on one side of the car, but not on the other. I had taken off a window decal, which left some residue, and the residue was still there after I got it back. When I got home I just put a little bit of elbow grease into the residue and it came off. I’m not sure if the associate was in a hurry or what. He was the only one working to be fair to him. Two stars because the waiting area was nice, and the associate, who I’m guessing is the owner, was nice. Really feeling bummed out right now.

My man Toby is awesome at his craft. I have used many «detailers» which turned out to be guys that «wash your car» which I can do my self, but Toby truly cares about what he does and it shows right when you walk through the door of his place.
I mean, this was the cleanest detail place I had ever seen. Leather couches, magazines and even a place for kids to sit and play. Best part was nice music playing in the background (Christian station) and NO TELEVISION set. In this day and age, that is a beautiful thing.
I dropped off my car at 9am and was looking to come back around 2 or 3. When I handed over the keys, I was ready for the 6 to 7 hour speech, however I was floored when he said «it should be don’t at about 10 or 10:30». First thought was he has no idea how dirty that car is. I go home thinking I have plenty of time to do other things and within 30 minutes of arriving to my house I get a call saying your cars ready…
NO WAY… YES WAY… I get there and it looked like a completely different car. I actually had no idea that my car was that color white, actually the paint was Pearl from the factory? Who knew! :o)
Paint was immaculate, right down to the trim, door jams and fender wells. I gotta say this one of the better jobs I have had. Have a couple more cars that are going this month and start a maintenance program for my new car to keep the paint looking good!

How can they still be in business? I called at 2:30pm today to check that they could detail my car and they said they were closing early today. When I said that their website said that they were open until 4pm, they said «sorry, but we’re closing a little early today». At little early is 15 minutes, not a 1 ½ hours. The attendant then proceeded to tell me that their next appointment is on Tuesday. Why would I ever come to a place that does business this way. No thanks… keep your appointment.

Found out about this place about 4 years ago when they were still in the self storage by Kmart in Kapolei. Bought a new car and only trust them with the car.
Toby and the staff are very friendly and very welcoming. They also offer free snacks and a play area for the children.
I come here for the VIP Monthly Maintenance. Which is a pretty good price for what they do to the car. The monthly maintenance requires you to come back 1 – 5 weeks to retain «VIP» status.

This place is so awesome and so are the people! I highly recommend! This is my second time here and I also brought a friend to get get car done at the same time and some lunches, too. :)

Discovered water spots/​stains in the interior after my auto detail with Exquisite Auto Detail. The photo attachment was taken the day after it was detailed there. I hadn’t realized that it was there until I guess it had time to fully dry and appear.

Wish I would of found this place sooner and not waste my money at the gas station car wash. Tobi did a great job on my car. He really took his time and paid attention to the small details on my car. I highly recommend this place!

7^th time here and what can I say? I can say that your car will receive nothing but the best detailing job on the island of Oahu. That’s what I can say!
Tobi was prompt and took my car in early, showed me and explained to me some new wax types he had in stock. Tried some new black light formula and wow wee the car shines!

I don’t usually take time to post reviews, because they’re usually average service, and why bother? But this place is WAY different. And by different I mean worth every single cent. I brought in my black 2014 mustang and as most of you know, maintaining a black car is a PAIN. I forgot what the guys name was, but he was incredibly kind, honest, sincere, and patient. I asked him lots of questions and he answered them honestly. He made my car blacker and shinier than when I got it from ford. Flawless work, didn’t miss an inch! I’ll definitely be coming back for the maintenance package! Did I forget to mention a complementary snack bar?! And the restrooms are nicer than most hotel restrooms! Definitely child friendly and comfortable! If you’re not sure about whether or not you should pay someone else to detail your car instead of doing it yourself, I’m the still voice in your head telling you to go with Exquisite Auto Detail.

I bought their Groupon on Amazon local for 79 $ that stated
— $ 79 ($ 225 value) for exterior detail and paint sealant for a car — for Christmas for my father. When he went in he noticed the regular price for this service was 75 $. He asked the person there if the inside of the car would be cleaned and they said no .but the product listing posted in their shop shows for the 75 $ service —

So for the 79 $(225 $ value) voucher that I purchased online they would not even do half of the work listed on their 75 $ regular price product.
If that was not bad enough they sold my father a more expensive full service product for 255 $ and would not take the 75 $ worthless voucher to offset the payment.
If you see any Ads for services from these people check carefully for the wordings and cross check with their website prices because the coupon that I purchase was nowhere near 225 $ in value.

The result of a negative visit made to this business in recent weeks had me very disappointed.
An unnoticed scratch on my brand new vehicle has now been corrected. This scratch was done by an outside contractor doing tint work for the business to my vehicle. Unfortunately, the business had to take the blame for it. I was a bit skeptic about allowing them to rework the paint but after yesterday, I am still believer. The owner, Toby was honest as his employee, Joey with completing a great paint job that corrected a scratch. I’m a very busy working mom so I needed a vehicle to get to places. Toby had a rental vehicle waiting for me when we did the exchange while they worked on my vehicle. He paid all the costs for the rental vehicle and offered to pay the fuel. Within a couple days, I got my vehicle returned to me in the great paint condition as if nothing ever happened.
My faith in these people have been restored. There are still good & genuinely honest people out there. Thank you Toby & Joey for being honest with me & taking care of my vehicle!

I found this place on Unilocal so I decided to try them to wash and wax my new car. I love that all of their packages/​services are online so you can review them and see what they can do for you. I made an appointment online to come in the next morning at 0800. I ended up having to reschedule it to 0900 and they were cool about pushing it back.
They were really fast at cleaning my car, I just got the express wash and wax and added on the lush treatment/​package. They did a great job and it didn’t break my wallet. I will definitely be coming back to get my car cleaned again.
I also appreciated that they told me about the paint overspray that was on my entire car and they also showed me what they were talking about. You can tell that they aren’t trying to make money off of you, but they are just trying to keep you informed.

Once I bought my new car, I decided to commit to maintaining the wash, wax and detail. Every time I pick up my car from Exquisite, it’s like it’s brand new again. My parking stall is right in front of a sprinkler and they are constantly treating water spots for me. I am always amazed at how amazing my car looks and how much they work on those spots!

I brought in a four-​door 2011 Tacoma, a small pickup, over to these guys after making an appointment online. I went with a Luxurious Wash n’ Wax and was very happy with the results. The vehicle is clean, pristine all around, and it smelt great inside. I cannot say much more than they delivered on their offered services, and then some.
Some tips:
1. Pay in cash. Doing so saves 5% on your total bill.
2. You can make appointments online! There are times when there may not be anyone in the front office to answer the phone. Plus, you can select from a HUGE list of different services available as well as schedule time blocks that will be reserved for you.
3. Come back. They offer services that reward return customers.
4. Bring something to do, if you are going to wait.
5. Clear out the vehicle, if you can. Their focus is on the auto, not the clutter.
A final note, kudos to Joey who helped sign me in. They are a growing business, so they can get a little backed up at times as people without appointments do «walk-​ins.» He was obviously very busy, and wanted to get me checked in quickly; however he had a positive attitude and helped me feel welcome in the waiting area. Customer service favored me today, and that was the x-​factor that made the waiting worth it (not to mention the AMAZING job they did with my truck!).

Squeaky Clean. Like literally. Now my car doors squeak.
They must have tiny little people working with tiny little fingers holding tiny little tools, because they cleaned in places I never knew existed.
They are very easy to talk to and their receptionist Azshley is very good at reading you as a customer and tuning into how much your comfortable spending, especially when the technicians are pitching you upgrade quotes that can get pricey, which I’m sure is completely reasonable if you have a show-​car you’re detailing. I have a family car. My kids wouldn’t quite appreciate their mirror image reflecting off of every surface in the car.
Now on to the details… LOL. I crack myself up sometimes. Get it? Details? Detail, Auto? Never mind.
There were some minor issues… center storage console was overlooked, left wet with trash inside, and the ONE upgrade I did purchase (window water-​spot removal) looked like it was never done and the spots weren’t that bad to begin with.
The amazing thing (and ironic as well) was that I turned down the one upgrade I needed, the water-​spot removal on the body. After they were done, the body actually came out immaculate! Water-​spots gone! Go figure.
Minor issues aside, this was BY FAR, the best my little old 2005 Mazda Tribute has ever looked. Great service overall. They turned my family car into a show car. It was truly amazing and I will return every time, with every car I own.

Good people at Exquisite.
After a detail job gone bad by a mobile detailer I went to these guys to fix the problem– Joey is great. He always stands by his word and even after killing my underseat amp in my Pathfinder he did a solid and gave me cash for the repair.
He also helped me find the root of the problem the original mobile detailer had caused which was mold… translation… got rid of that car (so sad to see olé’ Pete the Pathfinder go) but was replaced by a beautiful new 2013 Volt… (can you say, 250mpg?) and now they are taking care of Victor the Volt…
Their monthly maintenance program is incredibly cheap for the level of detail and care that goes in to your car… if you get on their maintenance program you will literally have what looks like a new car every month for about 20% of what it would normally cost for a detail job. I love it… having a nice freshly detailed car every month is awesome. Toby and Joey really make it happen.
Azshley the receptionist is also amazing– never one to leave you wanting for conversation she takes good care of the customers and runs a tight ship from the admin side of things.
This is a solid business that I am glad to support because they genuinely know how to treat the customer, take care of the customer and with a solid 5 stars on Unilocal,you know they are a diamond in the rough. Easily the best car detail shop in the entire state. Easily. Thanks guys.

Great detailing place!!!
Recently took my MINI here to get some major waterspots removed from the glass and paint, to get it in selling condition. Made the reservation online for a Saturday and dropped it off that morning. The waterspots were pretty extensive so I was told that the removal would take all day.
I was greeted by a really friendly receptionist and was told that Toby, the manager, would walk around my car with me to see what could be done. After being told that the work on the car would be intense, I left hoping for the best.
I went back to pick up the car at 5:30 and it looked AMAZING! The waterspots were gone and the car was shining! The people that bought the car were amazed at how nice my ’04 MINI looked and even said it looked in better condition than the newer models that they had checked out!
Paying in cash gets you a 5% discount, which brought my total to just under $ 200. Well worth the money and really a great place to get your car back in to amazing condition!

I was getting ready to show my 2003 Corolla to a prospective buyer and it needed some prettying up. Decided to finally check out this spot that I’ve passed by many times as they operate out of the same storage facility I use. My hubby also mentioned they rated 5 stars on Unilocal,and now I see why!
They are super friendly and you can tell they care about what they do. Pride in a job well done is highly underrated but I feel like these guys get it. For $ 30 my car was looking very shiny. I had some major water spot issues on the passenger side and opted to not go for the additional water spot treatment. They did take it upon themselves to tackle the water spots in a small area on my headlight and in a spot on the body, not for a hard upsell or anything but to just show me what that would look like if I wanted it. DANG! Had I not been selling the car, I might have been totally sold on that water spot removal because it was a shocking difference.
Bottom line is my car sold about an hour later, and I am seriously considering their monthly maintenance program for the new car.
Great experience, will be back.

I’m so glad that I saw all the advertisement signs near work. I just want a good car wash that’s not going to break the bank and I think I finally found the one. It totally beats all the prices in town and if they keep this up, I’m going to be a regular.
First off, this place is a storage unit turned into a tiny office. That’s okay though, because they have all the materials to take care of my car. So, if you’re trying to locate them, you’ll have to head towards the Hawaii storage units, drive through the black gates and you’ll see them towards the right. They are in the same shopping center as Kmart. Like I said, tiny storage unit and the washing is done right at the parking lot.
This is a family run business and I had the pleasure of meeting James (Dad). He had a buddy there that was assisting him and they were so personable. I learned a bit more about my car and definitely will be back for my buffing and routine maintenance. They seem like honest people just trying to make a living.
I waited 25 minutes for a simple car wash. I got my wheels cleaned, they even took out my removable cup holders and washed it down. They vacuumed and pretty much wiped down everything for an affordable price of $ 16. They definitely earned their tip and I would like to see this place thrive.
