I would never recommend this shop to anyone and I would never go back. The service I received was horrible when my vehicle was there for 7 days. I was quoted a 3 day repair (1^st mistake). No one answered the phone when I called, (2^nd mistake). When I drove down there to check on my vehicle after it had been there for 3 days, it was still sitting in the same spot I had left it only collecting dust, (3^rd mistake). **This angered me for many reasons, mainly because I was paying for a rental car while my own vehicle sat there for obviously no reason. The mechanic had a very rude attitude with me when I questioned him about this, (4^th problem). After I drove home I noticed there were several problems with the work they did. As mentioned in another review, there was an overcoat spray all over my car in places that were not necessary, leaving a rough scratchy texture, (5^th mistake). There were also several places I noticed where the body work they were supposed to have done was not done well (meaning it didn’t look like it was supposed to — before the accident) — (6^th, 7^th, 8^th mistake). Lastly they never let me know they would be taking my car off site to have work done at another shop, that they themselves could not do. Yes the release form you have to sign says that it is a possibility they could do that, but they never communicated to me that they were doing that, (9^th mistake). All of these issues could have been lessened if they knew how to better communicate with their customers… Very unsatisfied.

People are nice but this place is absolutely unorganized plus they do such horrible repairs and they scratched my car badly when they so called waxed it. Now I have swirls on my brand new car. First time they fixed it they didn’t do a good job and didn’t paint an area good it was still primer. Then they call tells me my car is done and I can pick it up, when I arrive at the shop they tell me ohh we gotta wash ur car still. Very poor services all around. Would not suggest this place even if it was the last place on earth. u

My sister had air con issues with her 09′ F-​150 and her main mechanic gave her an estimate price to fix it, well it was pretty pricey only b/​c labor was super expensive, but my sisters mechanic explained that it was a very a big job which was understandable.
So we ended up calling every shop to see what was the cheapest we could get to fix the air con (because hauling twins and a 3 yr old in the humid weather is not the ticket) and we found out about G & C spoke to Gerald & he gave the breakdown (which was awesome) and gave us a price that was the lowest from all the other shops we have contacted. So G&C got the job!
Ended up taking the truck in on a Wednesday and Gerald informed us that it should be done the next day.
Cons:
— tried to get a hold of someone (on the phone) at the company is like trying to get hold of the president! All it does is ring like no one is working the front office!
— telling your customers when the vehicle done should be followed, if it could not be completed in 2 days that’s fine, but hold it for 4 days? Yeah it can get irritable
— super slow service in general
— inaccurate invoice information
— poor follow up with customer
Pro’s :
— they kept they’re quote as is even if they exclaimed that it was a «bigger» job then they had expected

I hate to place local business on the down end but they really need to clean it up! Gerald explained that when he gave a quote it was for a wrong model of the vehicle, though the simple mistakes as a shop was
1. If your customer informs you what year, what type of model and vehicle type, make sure to double, triple check to see if that is the right vehicle & once a quote is given, make sure it’s a quote that is only good for 24hrs or less and that price/​quote can change due to type of job done on the vehicle.
2. When vehicle is bought in & it doesn’t match up with your paperwork & the quote given, as a business you have the right to inform the customer that due to not diagnosing the vehicle, you either highly suggest to diagnose it, or inform that the quote could change.
I mean it could have saved both the customer and business time & money
Just horrible communication period! Plus the ladies in here need 101 classes on knowing at least the BASICS of vehicles & customer service!!! Period.
