Adam and Raven are not only talented, hardworking and do amazing work– but they are so nice and helpful, and accommodating.
They redid the landscaping in out front and back yard. They were so quick in our backyard, and made it look amazing!
Our front yard was a pain for everyone! My HOA gave me a hard time and Adam and Raven were so helpful! They helped me with the application, plans, and they were patient through the process. In the end they made my front yard look beautiful! I will definitely call them so any other landscape needs I have and recommend them to friends and anyone else who needs landscaping!

Adam & Raven are really amazing. Not only do they provide affordable, reliable, expert lawn care, but they just finished installing some synthetic grass for me, and they fabricated and installed a gate too. They always go the extra mile, and keep open lines of communication so that if you ever need something they’re on it. I HIGHLY recommend getting into their regular maintenance schedule, because their business is growing fast, and who knows how long they’ll be able to take new clients?

Adam and Raven are truly the best. They turned our yard around. They removed bamboo that was overrunning the yard and was dangerously close to the house, right up against it. They are extremely trustworthy and take their business very seriously. They are a great team and such hard workers. they took the time to remove the roots and rhizomes so it would never be a problem for us again, completely eradicating the troublesome growth. Very knowledgeable! They were even kind enough to come back and give us a free trim, another day, out of the kindness of their hearts. Adam and Raven truly embody the aloha spirit.

Can’t say enough about what a great guy Adam is. I contacted him to install synthetic grass in my backyard. He was totally professional; he walked me through the process and answered all my questions! He’s a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work. I’ll definitely be referring my friends and may have to look for another project for him!

About a year after moving into my new home, I realized I had lost the battle with my yard. I had weeds, my citrus trees had whiteflies and needed trimming, my grass was overgrown, and the garden veggies were a complete disaster.
I scheduled an estimate after my initial conversation with Raven. She was supportive and gave me professional advice even though they weren’t hired yet. Adam and Raven came over that same week to access my yard. They made great recommendations and gave me a very reasonable estimate.
They worked on my yard diligently for 5 full days, transforming it miraculously. Adam taught me how to control my whitefly problems. Raven educated me on how to utilize my compost system — I now make my own compost!
Adam now visits my home monthly to do maintenance. He sends a reminder/​confirm email before every visit. He promptly responds to my questions via email or phone. I am so happy that he continues to take such awesome care of my yard.

I contacted Adam for basic lawn service when my husband and I moved into the neighborhood. He told us if there was any other landscaping needs feel free to ask. Our front lawn was really in need of a facelift so I asked Adam for some plants and flowers for our front lawn. He came by and I discussed with him a few ideas I had but I assured him that I rather rely on his expertise. He bought the flowers and even planted them for me while staying within my budget. He exceeded my expectations. I only wish i had taken a before picture so you guys can see the transformation. My front yard looks much more approachable and it truly relfects our style. Owner Adam is an amazing, dedicated landscaping professional who truly cares about his clients. I am so completely overwhelmed at his level of professionalism, that I was motivated to place a comment on Unilocal for the first time in my very long life.
I bought a house with a rather large yard that had been terraced and poorly maintained. There were large areas where the previous owner just filled with small gravel to make it low maintenance; there were other areas that were overgrown with plants and weeds, so the result was a hodge podge kind of yard that really screamed for attention. I wanted someone to dig up all of those little gravel around four or five large areas in the yard and give me a nice green lawn. I called the myriad yard people listed in the papers and got a wide range of estimates. Prior to calling Adam, I had contracted one of these companies and they totally butchered my yard when I requested removing some of the overgrown plants and weeds. They cleared everything, good plants, along with bad plants. So needless to say I was a bit nervous to call someone to remove the rocks and install new grass and some plants. I also wanted some plantings in the back area where I envisioned relaxing and maybe tending an herb garden. None of the yardmen I spoke with had any idea of what I wanted.
Luckily, I gave Hali Boi Landscaping a call, and when I met Adam my first impression was wow, this guy actually listens to what I want and is sharing his knowledge of the various types of grass, methods of grassing, his preference of plants, and design. It was amazing to be able to COLLABORATE with someone who actually cared about my yard and what mattered to me and my lifestyle. His sincerity and genuine concern for his clients are an unmistakable quality that sets him apart from every single yardman and landscaper I have spoken to. Together we devised a plan for my lawn. He drew up a contract that spelled out exactly what he would do, and at what cost so there would be no misunderstanding. The very next day he showed up bright and early, worked until dark, and had truckloads of rocks and gravel which he hauled away. I have to say that he and his partner Raven completely transformed my yard that day, digging up all of those awful rocks and weed that went down so deep into the ground. They tilled the existing dirt for hours, before topping it with rich fertilized soil.
After a week, I had a yard that beamed with pride. The rough rocks had been removed and replaced with wonderful rich soil. There are actually little blades of grass that are peeking out from the ground. Other areas had been lovingly tendered as well, and shows manicuring and definition. I also have a beautiful back area filled with a wonderful variety of plants — flowering plants, tropical plants, colorful plants. And just to set things off, Adam placed solar lights around the garden to add drama during the night. And I also have my very own herb garden with little labels to identify what they are! How’s that for detail?
I am now a very happy homeowner who can’t wait to get up extra early in the morning so I can take in this beautiful garden before I go to work. I can’t believe that just a few weeks ago there was nothing but ugly weeds and brush!
I can’t thank Adam and Raven enough for giving me a yard and garden that is so much more than I could have imagined! There are people who provide yard service. They arrive at your home, cut your yard, trim your trees, almost mechanically, with no regard for the customer.
