History
Established in 2014.
Husband and wife team Sunny and Adam have been living and loving Hawaii for more than 10 years raising two boys. Working very hard to survive and thrive, they realized how little time that they had with each other and their children. They moved to the west side of Oahu right after their first son was born and found that places to go on the west side were limited. The did however fall in love with culture of the west side. Some west side must haves gave them passion such as Highway inn, Tanioka’s, and Wat get? They have passion for sustaining the island and try to source as locally as possible. They started the Tavern to hopefully spend more time with each and build something more fulfilling. They plan to start a non-profit called Plantation Fed to feed under nourished kids on the west side once liabilities are paid. They believe that we are all members of the community including the Tavern and hope to help raise the next generation with a nutritious start.
