I sought out Shannon to assist us with our delicate situation to sell our home. She is very experienced, knowledgeable in what she does and is very very honest. I highly highly recommend Shannon whether your purchasing or selling, she is the one to get it done. She gave us our options and didn’t sugar coat anything like a salesman. Her negotiation skills by far are the best. So glad I found. She is truly one of a kind in her field.

We bought our house sight unseen, never having been to Oahu this was a huge step for my husband and I. Shannon is AMAZING! She took walk through videos and described to us in detail everything about the neighborhood… the sights, smells and noises, all the things we weren’t able to experience. We went through a really long permitting process so our sale took about 5 months, Shannon took care of every little detail and kept us calm. Shannon dealt with so many issues with our sale and only notified us when it was totally necessary (kind of like a wedding coordinator handling all of the nightmares during a wedding and the bride never knowing anything went wrong). She is so very knowledgable with Hawaii real estate and she gets the job done!!! We are so very thankful and have not only had a wonderful home buying experience in Hawaii but we have also gained a great friend. After reading the other review left for Shannon all I have to suggest is that Shannon is very to the point, no smoke and mirrors. If there is an issue that could negatively affect her client she WILL stand up for them, she will say something and she will make sure her client is totally taken care of. That type of personality is what got us such a great price on our home and gave us peace of mind throughout the buying process.
