The UPS Store

Love this store!
We pulled up to this UPS Store knowing that it could be considerably more to ship our Christmas gifts from there, but at that point, we were willing to take the chance to avoid the hassle of standing in line and being around annoying people. There were only 2 people ahead of us and they were helped quickly.
Long story short, our box was just over the dimensions that would have allowed us to ship for a lower cost. The very nice lady said that if our box wasn’t full to the top, she could cut it down to the right size, tape it back up, and ship it at the lower cost. HELL YEAH! We didn’t even know they could do that! It was just a bit more than what shipping would have been through USPS, but the box got to my in-law’s well before Christmas and everything inside was just fine.

On Tuesday 1÷12÷2016 I had stepped foot into the UPS Store out at the Kapolei Marketplace. I was greeted right away by the employees.
I approached the counter in which one of the available female employees helped me out. I had to ship off a small box that contained my mom’s old cellphone. This visit to the store was a quick drop off. Hand the employee the box. She weighs it and scans the tracking bar of the box. Employee then hands me a printed receipt. Employee was quick and efficient. Transaction was really fast.
As I was ready to exit the store the greeting cards caught my eye. There were different pictures of animals on the birthday greeting cards. One of the cards had a picture of a pug dog with a empty fried chicken bucket. My first thought was: it’s my friend F.C.‘s birthday today. He’ll get a kick out of this. The inside of the card says «Hope it’s extra CRISPY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!».
I’ll remember the next time I’m in the Kapolei Shopping Center to stop by at the UPS Store for some furry birthday greeting cards. I also spotted some writing tablets and some other much needed supplies for the office. Time for me to head back to Waianae for work.

My favorite UPS Store because its never busy and my transactions are always fast which makes me a fully satisfied customer, lol. The customer service is just what a fast transaction prescribes. Parking is good for a quick in an out drop off. Hours are good as well. The ambiance of the place is clean and organized and has air-​conditioning. No bathrooms. lol

Best quality for printing compare to the value to you get price point-​quality at Office Max. Super happy with timeliness, customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend!

If Unilocal would let me rate this UPS Store with 0 stars, I would. I have been to several UPS stores around the world and this one, by far, is the absolute worst one I have ever been to. Bottom line up front, the service is terrible from the workers at this store because the manager has terrible customer service as well.
I went to this location to have something boxed up and mailed out. The lady (older Hispanic lady) that helped me put my stuff in a box that was way too big for what I was mailing out which of course, increased the shipping costs over $ 30 dollars. When I pointed out to her that the box was too big, she got an attitude. She also got an attitude because I insisted on watching her pack my stuff. I don’t know why that was a shocker to her since it’s a common practice at every other UPS store to stay there and watch your stuff being packed. It’s a good thing I stayed, too; otherwise, she would have overcharged me. Anyway, despite the terrible experience I had with this store, I, needed something packaged and mailed, and didn’t have time to go to a further away UPS Store… so, I tried these guys out again… hoping someone competent would help me out this time… wrong. This time, I had a different clerk… older white lady. Exact same terrible customer service, and trying to pack stuff in boxes that are way bigger than they need to be. This lady also got an attitude when I told her I was going to stay and watch her pack my stuff. She made some comment under her breath about who knows what. She, then, starts getting emotional and is now yelling at me about what great customer service they have. Some lady walked in while she was getting loud with me and was telling me I should just leave… eventually I did. Oh, and on top of the terrible customer service from the workers, the manager jumps in with her rude comments. It was honestly THE WORST service I’ve had anywhere here in Hawaii.
If all you need to do is drop something off, maybe they’re a little more competent. However, if you want them to package anything and you dare tell them you want to watch, make sure you’re ready for lots of attitude and random mumbling that really makes you wonder why you’re wasting your money there. Go elsewhere!

Came in around 9:00 in the morning. First time coming to a UPS store and as soon as I walk in, Heather, the owner, greeted me with a smile from behind the counter and asked how she can help. Went there to do a return shipment. Was in and out. Fast and friendly service!

You can get so much done here! Heather and Sherry are awesome and so helpful. My husband and I are both small business owners and we can always rely on this store to help us with our marketing, mailing, and other miscellaneous business needs. They are lifesavers and you can trust that the job will get done!

I live in a digital world. as do most people these days. I rarely find myself needing to. print much… most techy things can be scanned from my phone. Or info is easily acessible from my phone, so I have chucked my printer at home years ago. BUT every now and then I really need to print something. Thr UPS store has some extremely good pricing to allow you to print stuff. Their computer usage is a flat fee… which is awesome! I have been to FedEx Kinkos and they charge you by the minute. And it seems like that clock adds on minutes. But the UPS Store has flat pricing and the cost to print from the computer is competively priced.
This store is small and clean. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
If you need shipping supplies, they have them. However I dont think price wise the boxes are cheap… I can get boxes at other locations for less. Their shipping orices are competitive although I am huge fan of flat rate boxes from the post office.
All in all… I will definitely come back and use their services again and again.

Very quick in and out visit, but store was clean, service was quick and friendly, and they have copiers that print off USB drives, among other printing capabilities. Awesome.
