History
Established in 2006.
Underwater Criminal Investigation and Recovery Services have grown through the years. Many of our divers originally started diving for recreation. The need for certified divers capable of performing various types of underwater work soon became evident. While our divers still love to dive for recreation, we also enjoy meeting the needs of our customers.
Our business has expanded. Throughout the years we have purchased the necessary equipment to get the job done. We started with only the basic equipment needed, packed into the backs of trucks and a SCUBA ambulance. Now we are pleased to own a utility trailer filled with the tools needed for any situation. Plus, boats to get our divers and equipment to where they are needed.
We have commercial lift bags capable of raising boats and vehicles from the water. We have an excellent underwater communication system for use between divers and our surface support. We use a surface supplied air unit for safer diving.

Dean began to dive for law enforcement agencies to recover evidence that had been placed in different type of water. Today Dean still assists law enforcement free of charge. Dean later received calls from other people to recover other items such as boats, vehicles, and other items.
In 2006, Dean formed the company Underwater Criminal Investigation & Recovery Services. From that time, Dean and his company have grown into servicing barge companies as well.
