Great gym, great coaches, positive atmosphere & training. Coach Bo is amazing & his special needs program is the best! Owners are great & always in the gym. Coach Damon, Brittany & Tristan are great tumbling & cheer coaches.

Great gym. The best in Katy/​Fulshear. Really great coaches. My daughter and son have been taking tumbling classes in several places in Katy and nothing like here. They take classes with Coach Damon. He is an exceptional tumbling instructor.

This is our second year at Adrenaline and we couldn’t have found a better place for our daughter to be cheering for. She looks forward to going to the gym and would go every day if she could. Adrenaline is an awesome program for your children to be involved with! My kids have been tumbling and competing with all-​star cheer here since the first season in fall ’12 and they LOVE every minute they spend at the gym – never enough for them – and on the road traveling with their cheer family. Great, local leadership and the best coaches in town. Whether you’re looking for weekly fitness/​tumbling for your kids, or a close-​knit team for them to spend their time with, you’ll be happy with the positive and supportive role models and high quality of instruction at Adrenaline.
