Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with, from sales to service. From the first day I purchased my truck (5months ago) I’ve been living in a nightmare. I had to actually call the GM to get things going on some issues I had after I made my purchase, day 1 the night of my purchase before leaving, I noticed a 2 inch scratch across my NEW truck hood. I was assured at that moment it would be dealt with, but 4 weeks later it was. Not even 3 days after getting my truck back, I have a headlight out and my wheel wale plastic was hanging and rubbing my front tire. Had to go back again unfortunately, then a month after that my left side wheel pinion went bad on the way through Tennessee almost got me killed along with some friends. Got stranded in Tennessee for 2 days, I come back 4 weeks after that I go to engage 4×4 GUESS WHAT, doesn’t work just locks up, so yesterday 1−28−16 I walk into this service department only to be hurried and shunned put the door by some lady names Jackie. Didn’t care to hear my concerns, didn’t care to hear the urgency, didn’t really seem to give a crap all the way around. My truck is only 5 months old and not even 5k miles on it. The people here aren’t friendly, and when you have a problem you get shoved out the door with a week later appointment. I hate this dealership and I’m ashamed I paid them for this vehicle.

I just wanted to share our experience from last year when we purchased a BRAND NEW truck from this dealership. Yes we are the first owners so it was brand new. After the facts, I can say now that the truck seemed to have had some flooding in the cab while parked outside at the dealership. Nothing was mentioned at time of purchase. And of course we never went into details to check the truck as it was supposed to be new (I meant checking engine area, under seats or under steering wheel etc…)
The heavy rain in Houston helped us highlight there was a leak due to a well known DODGE RAM defect (Cab brake light). The cab rear seats were full of water, and all the electronic under the seats has been sitting in water. Next we discovered the rusty parts inside the vehicle, mainly under the steering wheel. This was totally a shock 3 months after purchase. How can a dealership sell such a vehicle, are they not concerned by safety?
Since that day there has been no response from the dealership regarding the overall situation (to us or our attorney). And we still do not have a vehicle at the moment as there is some major issues with Dodge now in order to have it repaired.
Hence the BIG advice is to look in depth and inspect a BRAND NEW Vehicle from that dealership as you do not know what they could sell you.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership regards to servicing the car. I wanted an oil change and my seat belt looked at. I pulled up and a kid took my information. Said he can get the oil changed them would take it over for the seat belt to be looked at. Then called said the car was ready I asked if they fixed the seat belt he said I would have to bring it back to service to do that. I said is this service. He said yes but I do oil only. I asked to speak to someone about getting the seatbelt. I got transferred to a rude man that told me it would take 139 to look at it. Other manufactures I have owned insure their seat belts for life. I elected not to have them fix it not because of the price but the service. When I went to get the vehicle after a very long wait at the cashier I paid for the oil change and got my keys to discover my oil change light and check engine light was on. I took it to the young man that did the oil change and he said I needed to make an appointment with service. I asked where is service. He said here but you have to talk to Mike. I found Mike with his 64 oz soda and explained my problem. He commented well let’s see what is causing the code. He comes back and explains the code said the oil pressure is bad probably from the oil filter being loose. He explained he would see if some one can look at it. I explained I was working and took a long time. He said he would get to it right away. I explained I could get picked up and come back but can’t wait. I waited a long time. And got back a truck with grease all over the inside and out. Horrible customer service.

First, I would like to qualify my review by stating that I have purchased 2 Jeeps in the past 7 years and had them exclusively serviced at Tempe Jeep dealership in AZ (where I lived) and experienced top quality service. I previously worked at a Mercedes-​Benz dealership for 12 years so I am quite familiar with a proper level of service at a car dealership.
The Jeep Dealership in Katy — I wish that I could give them negative stars. I was there a couple of months ago for an oil change and a new battery and the service was pleasant and efficient and professional. Quite happy.
Yesterday my husband took our car in for warranty work because of a burning smell. He was there for almost 4 hours — to get written up, diagnosed, and have the service manager contact the warranty company for authorization and get a loaner car. It took 2 hours to simply get a loaner car. The service manager has since called back asking for our authorization for an additional $ 550 of repairs. Today I had the distinct displeasure of talking to the least qualified person to ever work in the service industry.
I got a very curt «I’ve been in this business a long time too» response and an obvious annoyed request for authorization during which she spent all of 1 minute explaining the work needed. Just because you say «ma’am» doesn’t change the clear rude tone in your voice. I will definitely not be returning to this dealership to purchase the new car for my husband that we had planned and I will definitely not return for service and will instead go out of my way to a dealership located further from my home. If you are asking for $ 550 you can at least be polite and take more than 90 seconds. I know this firsthand from working in the service department of a car dealership. I will also definitely write a letter to corporate detailing my interactions with this dealership.

This review is for the service department staff, name STEVEN, I gave my car twice for service, recall and other issues, both the time Steve gave excellent customer service, on the second service, the car was kept longer, but I was notified on time with the valid reason and amazingly was given the option for free rental car. Great customer service, will recommend everyone to look for Steve in service. Great service experience overall. A++++

I gave 1 star — should be zero. Worst service department I’ve ever encountered in 20 years of Jeep ownership. Don’t do requested work; don’t call to tell you status /​delay, AND I am convinced they used my car over the weekend. When I complained in writing they did not even have the common courtesy to respond /​apologize. As I told them, they need in-​house course to teach their staff the meaning of SERVICE.

This review is for the sales department! I went here because I had a terrible experience with Helfman dealership. They were terrible. So I made an appointment at Allen Samuels with their rep Elizabeth. She was extremely sweet and made sure I got a great salesman who gave me an amazing experience! His name way Ray! If you go to Allen Samuels, ask for Ray! He is amazing and I will definitely be buying my car from him! I will also be recommending him to everyone! GO SEE RAY COLEMAN!

This review is for the service department, the Assistant Service Manager Steve Gregor in particular.
He is THE PERSON to go to, very professional and knowledgeable. He understands customer needs and knows the car inside and out. This place is lucky to have him. Awesome guy!

This is the third time I have brought my Dodge truck in, to have the computer/​gps/​radio fixed. They keep insisting that they have «updated» the system, and each time I collect the truck it is still broken.
Today they were so rude and impolite. I was told through gritted teeth that I could collect a rental car from enterprise, as a courtesy car was not available.
Tried to charge me, although my truck was still under warranty.
Charged me for a tire rotation, and didn’t actually rotate the tires as said at next service I would need new tires — why charge me then?!
Simply the worst service experience I have ever had.
Rude, impolite and condescending.
After this experience I am never buying an American car ever again.

A few weeks ago I purchased a new $ 78K car from Allen Samuels Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram of Katy. It was a hard to find car so I put a $ 5K deposit on it to hold as I live over 1000 miles away in Colorado. My experience for the week prior to picking up the car was pleasant. The young sales girl that helped me was excellent and as helpful as she could be. My wife and I bought one-​way flights to pick up the car and drive it back to Colorado. When we got there all the sales people were congratulating me on my purchase. I was told that the service department went through the car, and it was also detailed while I waited. This is where the lies started. The car was NOT detailed as it had glue from the stickers on the driver’s side door, a shipping sticker on the inside of the windshield, and «new tire» chalk still on the tires! When I drove it over to put gas in it with the sales girl the check engine light came on. We brought it back to the service department, and after waiting another 2 hours they said that it needed a part that would take 3 – 5 days to come in. I asked to speak with the Sales Mgr. Even though they knew that I was flying in to pick this car up on this day for over a week, the car was not detailed nor ready to drive. The sales manager couldn’t have been less helpful as he said I could either leave the car there for the 3 – 5 days for the part, buy plane tickets, and do it all over again, or I could just not buy the car. He tells my wife and I this as we are over 1000 miles from our home with no scheduled plane flight or ride to the airport. It was not until I got in touch with the General Manager that I got a little bit of help, however, I still had to limp the car home to Colorado where a local dealership had it fixed in less than 36 hours. Allen Samuels of Katy STILL have not lifted a finger to make my horrible experience right. The car’s warranty covered all parts, repairs, and rentals fortunately.

Horrible car dealership! They lie & say anything to get you into the door. Won’t help you after you’ve purchased a vehicle from them. Stay far away from this place

They get 5 star cause the service was perfect customer service is fast I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. It’s in Katy you feel like your at home when you come inn there is plenty of parking for customers and not to packed so you will get a good personal experience with them if you like dodge Chrysler jeep this is he place to go !!

I have an ongoing issue with the paint on my NEW 2015 Dodge Dart. I took it in for window tint and to correct the paint and it was not done properly. The car was there for 11.5 hours!!! The window tint is bubbling up! I have called the service advisor and left 2 messages and I also called Gabriel in Finance to try and get help with this. He said someone would call me back and they have not. I keep getting the run around and I am NOT HAPPY! I should have gone somewhere else and regret purchasing from this dealership! August 12^th.
Today is August 17 and never received a call or email about this. The issues are minor but I find it absolutely appalling they just totally disregarded my calls and could not care less that I was happy or not. The sales and finance people were so nice but the service department sucks! Luckily the car is covered under warranty and I can take it to another dealership.
It is sad that your upper management and service department cannot support the amazing sales and finance team. I was happy until I dealt with the service department. Once I had the issue your upper management could have cared less.
Allen Samuels Katy, Don’t bother calling at this point, I am DONE! I will be going on every social media outlet I can find to let my friends and potential consumers know about this horrible experience. Thank you for nothing!

Bad. Krystal had me drive all the way to Katy from downtown to test drive a specific used Durango. We had talked a week earlier as well. I got there and was told the car was still in service but she would have a salesman out to show me all the new durango they had on the lot! What the f? Bad practice to waste people’s time just to take a jab to sell whatever they think you want. I would never buy from or refer this dealer.

Purchasing the car was a very good experience — however, service experience is the worst. Brand new car having issues from the next day and it’s 3^rd time I went to servicing but they can’t fix it. Moreover, they purchased parts for my car but I was 2 weeks late cause I can’t just bring the car to servicing every week. Now they told they don’t have that parts anymore maybe they sold it cause I was late! I have an appointment tomorrow and I suppose to call the consultant to remind him and check if the parts are here. Wow! This is the only dealer I deal with where I need to call them instead they call the customer. I wish I didn’t buy from here.
The fuel cap came out and one of the service guy was trying to prove that I couldn’t use it and it’s my fault.
All the service consultant has attitude that you are there to ask for a favor…

Not impressed with the service department. I wish I had read these reviews before I took my truck in to these guys. Please trust the negative reviews… they are not kidding about the poor quality of work done by the service department.
My truck was in for over a week for a tire replacement and a warranty product. After a week they told me the warranty part was not available and they put the wrong tire on my truck. Now I have to go back and get the correct tire installed. In the future, I will drive 3x’s as far just to go to a different dealer for service! Avoid this place!!!

The «workers» like to joy ride in your car while having it «worked on». They give no explanation as to why there are miles missing and gas missing. I ask the manager to check the cameras and he said they didn’t have cameras on the lot to check. HA! WHAT A JOKE!

If you haven’t been to Allen Samuels already, I highly suggest you DON’T GO. The service department is a complete joke. My mom’s car was hit on the front passenger door. Our insurance sent us to Allen Samuels for the repair. When the car was turned in to us, we drove away from the lot and heard air seeping in through the door. We had to return the car three times before it was «fixed.» However, we didn’t notice the door wouldn’t shut all the way now and during a recent hailstorm in my area, the entire interior was soaked. We returned to Allen Samuels today and the wonderful, so sweet and loving, manager said «I’m not going to make my employees waste their time on your car. You’re just not closing the door right.»
In the end, the door was finally fixed, at no charge, but that doesn’t give an excuse for the manager to be such an idiot, especially to a customer. Speaking of wasting time, the only ones who wasted time were my mom and I because we had to keep going back to these clowns. Whoever put that manager in charge must have been an idiot as well. Don’t bring your car here.

Wow. Drove 45 minutes to come and look at a used honda they had online. It was 7 thousand dollars cheaper than a new one at the honda dealership. Honda was going to give me the brand new car for $ 386/​month including gap insurance and an extended warranty. Allen samuels quoted me $ 343/​month for a USED honda for the same time period. So initially I think why not pay 40ish dollars more for the new car. But after going home and thinking about it I decided that $ 40 less a month for a used car in great condition may not be so bad. So the next day I called the sales person 3x to inquire about the car and make an arrangement to purchase it. The sales person never returned my calls, so I called the following day. So today I went to purchase the car for the $ 343 payment we agreed on and signed most of the preliminary paperwork. Once we got to the finance dpt, the employee (the same man from the before who quoted me initially) totals everything up and says the payment is $ 371/​month. …much different from the $ 343 payment initially. He says that the numbers he plugged in initially were for the inferior warranty and a lower interest rate which is not true because he showed us the computer as he was plughing in the numbers. So basically we drove out 45 minutes for a second time just to be screwed around. Basically they are manipulative and dont care about your business.

We found the car we were looking for and they were the only dealer that have it ready to show-​buy in the entire Houston Area!
They keep their promises and work with you to make the sale.

Ask for Amelia, she will work with you and won’t push you to sell but be aware that the deal she will give you is so good that you won’t be able to get out with out your car lol
