I agree… from the short experience I have had with them CROOKS. They seems to say my AC is broken need a new one. Then when I used them for my furnace inspection (I had prepaid a plan… otherwise I would not have) guess what, they NEVER showed up!?!
I called the BBB also, and the have a very POOR RATING. Customer beware.

ARS: one word, Crooks! They put in a capacitor in our ac unit that blew out the fan motor and then had the nerve to quote us 8 – 10,000 $ for a new unit and ours should last another 2 – 3 years! Don’t let them near your ac unit at all! They set you up. Sears is fixing what the damage caused by ARS. Off to the BBB!
