I have been in customer service all of my life. I worked at a very busy dental office for 12 years and dealt with patients all of the time. I have to applaud you for a job extremely well done. All of your employees are phenomenol. The service and care you receive is outstanding. Claudia is just amazing!!! Dr Balin is very efficient, knowledgeable, and incredible at his job. The office runs like a well oiled machine. I am very very impressed with everything! And I love the different flavored water Everytime I come:) keep doing what you are doing!!!

I love The Wellness Centre. Dr. Balin is a fantastic chiropractor. Without regular adjustments, my head, neck and back ache terribly. I feel well and aligned after every visit. Sarah is also a great massage therapist. The environment is very peaceful. I highly recommend The Wellness Centre!

The Wellness Center and Dr. Balin are amazing! Top notch care in a stunning spa like environment. Seriously, it’s so tranquil, I just want to have some tea and curl up with a good book there!
In all seriousness, I found Dr. Balin via Unilocal and was not disappointed. I injured my neck at the Rodeo, and before you wonder, No, it was not from riding the mechanical bull! Even more embarrassing! I’ll let your mind wonder lol. Anyhow I was pretty sure I had whiplash– so much pain and I could not turn my head.
I got in the very next day. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out but I did most of it online, speaking of which– I love how techy the office is. When you sign in you use an iPad and each and every visit you pinpoint on a diagram where your pain is/​how severe etc. They also text you to remind you of your apt. Anyhow, back to the initial visit, I had the electric pulse therapy and a major adjustment. I felt like a new person leaving there.
My follow up appointments have involved deep tissue massage (holy moly that ain’t no relaxing massage) but it really gets down into the nerves and muscles and works. And an adjustment afterwards.
I’ve had about 7 visits there and feel great! No more whiplash pain and a bonus feeling of wellness from being properly aligned. They take insurance here so check your coverage and see what benefits you get. I love it so much that I will incorporate adjustments in my health and wellness from now on.
Fyi* they have a sister spa next door called Well Polished, which features vegan, formaldehyde free nail polish and healthy alternatives. They offer facials, waxing and other services. Can’t wait to try them out!

This review is for the Wellness center massage services, NOT Dr. Balin Scott’s chiropractor services.
I made an appointment for a 90 min massage with Keith. I arrived 15 mins early. My masseuse didn’t bring me to the room until a little after 10:30 and my massage did not start until 10:40am. The room was very tranquil but very bright. No darkness at all. The massage was awesome. Keith did a great job with the deep pressure on my back and my calves. Very professional and personable, I liked his work. He does awesome massage on the legs for sure, but he missed my feet! Oh how I wish my feet were massaged :(Most of my tight spots were ironed out and I still feel sore 13 hrs later. My massage ended at 12:00 on the dot.
When I was asked by the staff how was everything, I told them Keith was awesome and I was very happy with the services. I hesitated to mention the delayed start time but I knew if I didn’t I would regret not saying anything. I told the reception desk I that my start time was delayed about 5 – 10 mins. I paid for a 90 min massage but I only received 80 mins. The lady said that the start time and getting undressed and talking to the masseuse was all inclusive of the 90 min massage. I’ve never heard of that. I said okay but I paid for a 90 minute massage. She was adamant so I said okay, if that’s how you do it fine. Then she proceeded to try to charge me $ 5 more since I didn’t see the chiropractor, but was so very kind and honored the quote given to me on the phone.
I am happy with the massage given by Keith, I completely recommend him for deep tissue or a relaxing massage but I do not think I would go back due to how they charge for their services. Not too keen on the front desk staff. A bit cold and robotic. Alas, my search for a masseuse in Katy continues.

I have been going to the Wellness Center for over 3 months now. It first began with Chiropractic and massage to undo painful injury and realign my body. After relocating to Texas and a long lived 3 months in hotels, Dr Balin and staff put me back in working order. I now frequent acupuncture more for holistic health and when needed I have an amazing massage and align my spine when I am out of balance.
The staff is great and makes you feel at home. Extremely friendly and the facilities are beautiful. The front office is very helpful with insurance and will process all items for you, which is very helpful. The care is top notch.

A wonderful chiropractic and wellness center. With many different services they still provide the older school chiropractic adjustment –a blessing as that’s been hard to find around here. Dr Balin and their staff are welcoming and care for you. This is not a place that makes you feel like they care more about your money and what financing program you will be on. A beautiful facility.
