Excellent! Came through on a Saturday to get my son’s Jeep up and running in time for him to get back to College Station for school. Always super friendly, always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. They may look like a big chain, but they are family owned and operated, and care about our community and their customers!

This is a clean and nice shop, I have worked at many, trust me, when I say many, but this one is a good place to be, very knowledgeable, and as far as being in and out, they do a decent attempt at it. the management and owners are good people, I recommend bringing your vehicles here, you can’t please everyone, but they really try to. i know I’ve been a mechanic for 13 years, I know the business quite well.

Interior wash was decent but exterior lacked effort. My windshield still was dirty… how do you miss that???

Took my car to get basic wash. Came out and it still have dirt on the rear and front end. Smh

Took our pickup in for a complete detail and high speed buffing wax. Wow did these folks do a great job!!! My neighbors thought we had a new truck! The paint look freshly sprayed. Very glossy and alimony looked wet! And the girls who was at the service desk was very helpful with answering my questions before and after I picked it up. The price was very good compared to other places I called. We will be using them again!

First of all I didn’t think it would get better than Cinco Auto on Cinco Ranch, however it does! Not only is the location bigger than the other one, this one offers food for the kids and a kids place to play while getting your oil changed, car wash, or car detail. I have received two oil changes, three car washes, and one detail here already. I have to say it’s the best I have ever received and the price is great! I used to go to Mason which was farther because I thought it would be less expensive. It’s not, Cinco Auto 2 is just as competitive and better on service and closer (saving me gas). I highly recommend coming here. You will be very happy you did!

Ok so I went to CincoAuto2 today to get my raincheck car wash. Let’s just say that 2^nd times the charm is NOT the case here! I mentioned the items they missed last time (not fully vacuuming, not filling armoraling the dash) and was told they would correct those issues… well they did vacuum a little bit better but there’s still stuff on my seats. They did not address the armoral issue. And again I had to point out all the water spots… also there was still dirt on my CAR! On my rear bumper there was white stuff on the chrome part and they guy tried to tell me it’s part of my car (like the clear coat wore off! Mind you my car is not even a month old!) I said no its a brand new car… sure enough it came off… well when I got home I took a towel to finish drying my car because they missed so much. Well while I was redrying my car I found a ton of black oil residue on the side of my car, luckily with a little elbow grease I was able to get them off. Do Not Waste your money going to CincoAuto2! You’re better off going through a drive thru car wash!

I could give less than one star I would. I paid for «the works» package and left my car there from 12−4pm when I returned to get my car it was literally filthy. I spoke with the manager who could have cared less. I WILL NOT RETURN EVER

Giving two stars bacause, at least in my experience, the staff was friendly and attentive and they got me in for new special order brake pads on a one day notice. Facility is also very nice. Now for the negatives: Car wash uses automated brushes, which is the biggest thing you’re trying to avoid with a higher priced car wash. Wheels and tires were still dirty, interior cleaning wasn’t thorough. The big negative: they didn’t torque my wheels after the brake job – for the record, new brakes really don’t matter when your wheels are on the verge of falling off. Have had another shop go back and fix everything.

I was always a huge fan of the original service depot they have on Cinco and Gaston. I also need a car wash so I thought I’d give this place a try. Truly for a automotive center it is a beautiful atmosphere they are extremely friendly and very helpful. The lube manager got me in and out of the bay as quick as he could I couldn’t complain. My car came out looking beautiful from the wash. They let you ride through the wash which is strange and original. Nice touch that I like. For being a huge building with so much business on a Saturday I can’t believe I got in and out of there so quickly. I definitely recommend this to all my friends all my neighbors and anyone who needs a car wash or is having car issues. This is a great dealership alternative I never want to go back to the dealership. This place is in my backyard I want to support my backyard.

I haven’t been here, my husband has but I’ve called them and they were probably on the phone with me for about 40 minutes answering all sorts of dumb questions by me. Both times my husband went in to get a couple things checked out, they were beyond helpful and gave my husband the respect he deserves which convinced us to stick around and use them for all of our auto needs. Best part is they have a BMW tech and the computer to read your diagnostics.

Great service. A tad bit on the pricy side for a single wash — but we’ll priced for the monthly unlimited plans.

Slowest service ever. Pricey, oil change $ 33.30 after -$ 5 coupon.
Simple oil change & free car wash took over 2 hrs on a Saturday.
I’m here on a Monday morning & after 40 minutes the car just left the bay from the oil change. I’m still waiting to see it go through the car wash. It’s been 50 minutes.
I’d rather drive to my usual place, even though it’s 20 min away. They get the oil change done in 10 min & maybe another 25 min for the car wash.
Only pro is that it’s across the street from my home.

Extremely disappointed in this place we took two cars to them with easy service needs.
Car#1. We brought it in for a oil change and tire rotation this service also includes top off all fluids and a car wash… what we got… they didnt even fill the washer fluid. The light for washer fluid oil change and tire rotation was still on… they forgot to reset it? Then we were asked to come back at a later date for the wash… guess going home was more important to them, they were shutting off the lights while we were still paying… had to come back for them to complete this simple task !!!

Needed a oil change and a battery replaced… guess we should have learned our lesson from the previous visit… got ma car back and thier test jig was hanging out of the dash access door to the computer… wash was poor…

ATTENTION PLEASE avoid this place. I try to do car maintenance myself and I am knowledgeable of actual costs for filters, oil, etc.
There is a reason why this place has NO pricing listed anywhere for their maintenance work (oil change, etc). This is purely done to rip people off. They don’t review prior to doing work and their prices are minimum 50%+ higher than OTHER quick oil change places (hell they’re $ 30 higher than dealership).
BIG FYI if you use synthetic oil and drive a truck or SUV and you chose to go to this place, make sure you bring the Vaseline.

The employees here are excellent! From the lady that got my express wash set up, to the gentleman who did an EXCELLENT job directing me into the car wash, to the two guys drying off my vehicle. They made sure to dry every spot and paid special attention to my windows and mirrors. Awesome experience. Super fast express wash plus I got so much more in my express wash than you do at a gas station car wash. You have a repeat customer out of me! Thank you!

We’ve had our oil changes done here three times. They don’t try to upsell you and often if you need fluid changes they will work with you on the price. We felt like the technicians and service manager were honest and knowledgeable. The manager even washed our car for no charge after doing lots of work on our other car.
The exterior washing was very good. The interior cleaning is good not great; the interior still had spots, and the tech vacuumed up my earrings. The waiting area is very clean and nice. We will continue to go there. Don’t forget to check their website for coupons.

I was so happy when this place first opened because it was close to the house. After a few times visiting I’ve gone back to places off of Mason.
Would get Pkg #3 and was happy with the results. Soon though when I’d pull up they’d tell me whatever excuse (understaffed or didn’t have time) they had for Pkg #3 wasn’t available and Pkg #2 was just as good. After getting Pkg #2 a couple of times I stopped going because basically it left a lot lacking in what I wanted the end result to look like. Btw, learn to use compressed air and blow the water out of side mirror housing and trunk lining. I hate leaving a car wash place only to have water come flowing out creating water spots.
This last time though was the straw and the only reason i went was because i needed an oil change. Once the car wash was completed (which i paid to upgrade btw) the attentent didn’t wave to say the car was ready, i was sitting outside and they pass these cars off between so many people when drying them off I no clue it was done, he went inside with ticket walking right past me, goes inside calls out MBenz is ready (I assume because I can’t hear him), walks back out and gets in MBenz and pulls it into a parking space for unclaimed cars. I get up and start walking to him. Get a few feet away and motion my hands out like um hey why didnt you tell me it was ready. He gives me a very poor look and ask for my paperwork checking it matches the suv before giving me the keys. Now surely this cat didn’t think at my mid thirties could afford the suv I brought in that day. Thanks dude!

This place is top notch. The lobby is clean and inviting and the service was exceptional. My truck looks awesome! I will definitely be back!!!
