First couple times we went there, it was okay, though we still were waiting 30−45minutes before even seeing the doctor. The last time we were there about 3 weeks ago, we waited outside for an hour and then they finally showed us in. After that waited in the room for the doctor for another 30minutes and still she didn’t come to see us. So we just told the receptionist that we were going to leave. I mean, why schedule and make appointments when you’re not capable of seeing them through on time. We are professionals too and run our own businesses, so we know how important a client’s time is. On top of that, ever since then, we haven’t been able to get anyone to help us there over the phone properly. We asked for our records and after getting a run around for a while, we didn’t hear from anyone. Finally they gave us our records a week or so later. Now, we just need a simple referral from the Doctor and they aren’t willing to help us through. I would give this center a 1 star, but because generally the two times that she did see us, she was nice and helpful. However, it doesn’t make sense to make appointments with people and then make them wait for such a long time, especially if they’re showing up on time. And just because someone changes their mind about continuing with the same doctor, doesn’t mean you don’t help them get their records. I wish that could improve.

Horrible one of the worst exsperiance of my life. 2 hour long wait, spent less than 20 minutes, did not do exam charged full wellness through insurance which will be reported. Tried to force birth control after 4 times telling her no, I think she is hard of hearing because she wouldn’t stop with the birth control. Maybe she gets a kick back. I don’t know and don’t care. Staff is rude and they shuffle people out of there like a free clinic. She’s below average on other health sites. I’m not the only one with complaints, misdiagnosed a patient that had cancer. Huge problem with that. She scored below average at medical school and all the sites. Go to the medical center they are worth the drive and have amazing beside manner.
