I’ve been coming here since 2014 and love it.
It’s tucked next to World Market and Whole Foods.
The interior feels luxurious-​plush French Rococo seating and design in their waiting room and the the spa looks like an exotic world mix.
There is always an aesthetician at front desk smiling and waiting to take your «order». I always pick the ultimate pedicures because for me, coming here is like a treat that I want to lavish in.
I LOVE these flavors:
Honey and Milk
ALL of the citrus ones, including orange
Rose and Champagne
They include a 15 or 20 min back and neck massage which is always incredible. And they give you feet/​leg massages. The bowls/​tanks for your feet are always covered in a disposable plastic sheet for sanitation and the tools they use are a 1-​time use.
Very large nailpolish selection. Easy to pick since they number the colors on a swatch. I also bring my own base polish for strengthening and they have no problem using it.
Will always come back!

first time driving out to katy to check out a few neighborhood for our future new home and we stumbled upon this place for a quick break. And im so glad I did. This place is absolutely beautiful with glam décor. Staff was amazingly pleasant and the service was one of the best i have had. A must try when you are in the area.

Loved the professionalism and the pampering they offer. I wasn’t sped through a process like cattle or upcharged for everything and it was SO refreshing! My daughter got a full set and they actually did her cuticles which doesn’t happen in our regular salon. I’m definitely a returning customer!

This place is a gem! Sure, you can find a «cheaper» salon in Katy, but you get what you pay for! I’ve been going to DaVinci nails for well over a year– and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Every technician who has worked on my nails has done a fabulous job! I highly recommend this place!

I cannot express how happy I am with this place. The décor is lovely and the service is even better! Kelly is a perfectionist!!! She does an amazing job waxing and her overlay is perfection!!!

This is definitely not an Italian salon. No Italians work there, and if they did, the tacky décor would drive them crazy… Think too much gold and black. Why not call it Saigon or Far East and keep it organic to the ladies who work there? Speaking of the work that goes on — they took nail polish off fingers and toes. Rosie, who adeptly worked on my feet, did her job. The woman who worked on my hands did the barest minimum. A dry manicure, using a cuticle softener rather than a soak, left much to be desired, and after her first half-​hearted go round, I had to ask that she do it again. I also asked for a buffing rather than polish, as my nails needed a bit of a breather. Again, half hearted work. For this they charged $ 44. Next time, if I ever go back, it would be for feet only. There are MUCH better places to spend my hard earned money.

If you are looking for a great place to get an awesome mani/​pedi with wonderful, consistent service, this is it! They have many different types of spa scents as well as manicure options. I never have to wait and I primarily go on Fridays and Saturdays. I’ve been coming here for over a year and the pedicures are consistent every time. ANNA is one of the best but all the employees are outstanding and very friendly. You can’t go wrong with any of them.

If you’re looking for the cheapest nail salon in Katy, this isn’t it. However, I’d been to a lot of them prior to finding this place, and in my opinion, it is the best. I go every few weeks for a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. The décor is top notch and the staff is very nice. Their honey lemon pedicure is awesome. The place is very clean. I saw a review below about the staff being rude. I’ve been going here for almost two years now and I simply cannot imagine anyone in this place acting that way. I’ve never experienced anything but smiles and great personalities.

There are so many nail salons along Grand Parkway now and I’ve tried them all, but I really, really like this one the best. The salon is so clean and relaxing and the ladies who work there are extremely accommodating and do an excellent job. My shellac manicure still looks perfect almost two weeks later.

I absolutely love this place! The location is conveniently right off of the highway next to the Whole Foods market. The interior design of the shop is very luxurious and clean. All of the pedicure spa chairs are brand new, and they always use a fresh liner in the tub area for your feet, so you don’t have to worry about contamination. The ladies are always very polite and courteous, and as soon as you are seated they offer a complimentary beverage of water, soda, or even wine for those that really need some TLC. I got the Ultimate Manicure and Ultimate Spa Pedicure from Kelly and Leanne. Both did a fantastic job, never hurt me, and the upper body and shoulder massage from Kelly was amazing! Whoever is running this business knows what customers want and need. I’ll never go to any other nail salon again.

I’ve been here several times and have loved each experience… so has my daughter. Staff was very courteous and polite and the work was perfect. We love it. Offering us a drink was very special and so relaxing. We’ve both been to many mani/​pedi places in the Katy area and this is the BEST. And they use a plastic, disposable liner in the soaking tub so there is no contamination from other users. I’ve always had a concern that the tub wasn’t properly cleaned so now that worry is gone. Try it, you’ll love it, too.

I liked this place. All the girls were friendly. It definitely is your typical Asian nail salon as far as the conversation goes. In agreeing with a previous review, and Tham was very nice, very conversational. I didn’t have her though, the lady next to me did. Tina did my shellac mani, and did well. And Q, (yes, that’s her name) did my pedi. Nothing über special but this place does not deserve a 1 and 2 star reviews. My 2 cents: treat people how you wanna be treated. If you’re debating about whether or not to try this place, go.

This is actually my 2nd time here. I wrote my initial review at their other location off Fry Rd. So today, I didn’t have an appointment or anything… Just a random walk-​in and they were able to attend to me immediately. It was just my luck because they are having their annual anniversary special on pedicures so I end end up getting a good deal for a Luxe Jello pedi along with my manicure. Cathy did my pedi while Tham did my mani.
I was pleased with both services today. Only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is because I noticed that I have air bubbles in my mani. Not too sure what causes this, but perhaps it’s something that could have been avoided during the manicure process? I don’t usually see bubbles in my nails when I go to a salon… It typically only happens when I give myself an at-​home mani. I will definitely come back though. Super friendly service, as always. I love their chairs and warm neck rolls…

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went for a birthday spa day and never made it beyond the rude woman at the front desk. I told her I saw a coupon but didn’t want to go home to get it would she honor a picture showing the address on my ID. She agreed and then walked away in the back sending another lady up there. I finally got the picture and she wouldn’t accept it because I didn’t have it. She yelled and walked in the back as if I was not there. I wouldn’t spend a dime in this place! I will continue driving to California Nails in the Galleria for half the price and they are amazing!!!

I’ve been to all the Royale Retreat locations in Katy and never had any issues. Every time I went I would get the POSH Pedicure. This time I decided to get solar full set and my manicurist Ann did an amazing job! I told her I wanted it to look natural since it was part of my company’s policy. She took her time and made sure to file it down and made it thin for me. The lady that did my posh pedicure, Trang, this time also did and amazing job! She took her time to massage my legs and feet. It was a very relaxing experience. I truly love the store’s atmosphere, because it’s very calming and quiet so it truly gives me a chance to relax after a long week at work. I have tried other nails salon and not one have exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to get my full set and pedicure at Royale Retreat from now on!

Pros: The décor is nice. The woman on the phone that I made an appointment with was kind and efficient.
Cons: No personality in the staff that dies the nails. No rules on cell phone use do I hit to listen to chimes, rings and loud animated phone conversations my entire appointment. Technician was very rushed and had a very ugly attitude when I asked about pushing back my cuticles vs cutting them. Shellac on my nails took about ten minutes, no massage, no cleaning up nails. The while experience felt rushed. There was no line and I had made my appointment the day before do there’s no excuse.
They advertise as a more luxurious nail experience and I just couldn’t disagree more. The prices are high and if it hasn’t been for my coupon, I would have been even more disappointed. There are just too many salons in the area to give my repeat business to this chain.
Off to find a salon that deserves my loyalty!

I wanted to love this place, I really wanted to. The space was beautiful and clean, and everyone working there was incredibly nice. They were very good about sanitizing things, and the atmosphere was very soothing, especially with the massage chairs.
Unfortunately, the pedicure itself was just OK. They cut my nails kind of crooked, and the polish they used was kind of cheap. Just two days later, the pedicure is starting to chip. Also, they have no nail dryer for pedicures! After my pedicure, the girl who did it told me to go sit on a couch. I asked where the dryer was, and she just repeated herself and said I could wait for it to dry while sitting in the chair.
It wasn’t the worst pedicure I’ve had, but I wouldn’t go back.
