Fireplug Bed & Bath

Fireplug is a sham of a business. We were with them for over 15 years and then they screwed us immeasurably and the owner, Becky, was incredibly disrespectful. No one has a shred of an idea how to run a business and how to be nice people. If this business wants to gain customers, they’ll treat their current customers with more respect. Side note: VERY overpriced grooming

I had been taking my dog to fire plug many times over the years. This is the first time I had an issue. I left my 12 pound dog over night and when I picked him up late the next day. I noticed that his right eye was full of blood. You had to raise the eyelid to see it ,
I rushed him to the emergency room, The doctor checked him and said he suspected strangulation. I was given a steroid and antibiotic to give my dog for a week. I called the next day to speak with the owner. He did not seem to care that one of his employees had hurt my dog.
I had dropped off my dog with a leash and harness. I was told that they did not use the harness. Why would I bring in my dog with a harness if you are not going to use it.
Do not trust them with your babies. They do not care.

We have been bringing our dog here for years and Fireplug is fantastic! It is like leaving your dog with family. They love animals, take great care of them, and get to know each one individually. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great place to take your pet.
