Established in 2013.

Sundance was born because there had to be a better way! After our founding families personal experience with dementia care, their response was «We have to do something!» Their desire was to offer «premier care,» or care that is above all else! The details in our community from the floor plan to the color of the plates matter. Our environment is custom built for Dementia care!

Meet the Manager

Lance R.

Manager

Lance is one of those people you feel like you’ve known for years, even though you just met. As Executive Director, Lance transitions new residents and their families into the community. If you come by for a tour, Lance will likely be one of the first faces you see! Lance earned a degree in Management from Rice University as a scholarship winning NCAA athlete and a Masters from Southwestern Seminary. Before Sundance, Lance was a pastor in Katy for 12 years. Lance was brought into the Sundance family to blend his ministry background into the healthcare marketplace by shepherding families through the difficult decisions they face when a loved one is battling dementia. Lance has first hand experience navigating memory loss with a loved one. Lance met his wife, Bradi, at a church event 25 years ago. Their first date was the Senior Prom. Now, they are the proud parents of three boys. In his free time, Lance enjoys CrossFit, family time at the ranch and hunting trips with his dad.
