History

Established in 2006.

Texas Home Care & Associates works to continuously improve and serve the home health care needs of our patients, especially through skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, infusion therapy, nutritional counseling, and wound care. We also act as home health aides and medical social workers, and all of our services are available both to the elderly and in pediatrics to best serve you. We have proudly served the areas of Katy, Houston, Sugar Land, Stafford, Humble, Sealy, Brookshire, Cypress, Spring, Pearland and surrounds since 2006.
