After getting his law license in 2010, Joshua Cavanaugh had the desire to use it in a way that would help people get a second start. Bankruptcy law provides this opportunity. After moving to Katy, Joshua felt that it would be appropriate to open a firm that could help the people of Houston who needed help.

Joshua Cavanaugh was born and raised in southwest Houston. He moved away in his early twentys seeking a change of pace in California. He moved to the Austin area in 2008 and was happy to be back in Texas. In 2013, Joshua and his wife moved to Katy. They have loved it ever since. Katy is a great place to raise a family. The people are very kind and understanding. The area is very self sufficient. It is rare that anyone living in Katy would have to leave to acquire products and services. Seeing this as an opportunity, Joshua decided to open his own Law firm in Katy.
