Completely dissatisfied with the attitude of the KTM dealer. Edward came across as rude and belittling to us. We had to introduce ourselves to him. We were in the market to purchase a bike that day still making the decision to pay cash or finance. Either way we were going to leave with a bike. He turned us off so much that we left called another dealership and purchased the exact same bike over the phone. Unfortunately for Wild West, they missed out on a sale of a few Honda Side x Sides for our 10,000 acre farm and hunting lodge along with that entry level KTM.

Long story short. I took some wheels in to get new tires and they slipped out of the chuck and scratched the powdercoat off and they came thru with free tire mounting. I used the mishap to take advantage of a powdercoat color change. Also one the technicians had a free wheel to replace the one severely scratched. Definitely came thru.

We bought our son’s KTM from them — really good service, no complaints. Then we needed the clutch repaired. We took the KTM in on August 5^th, today is October 5^th. I have to keep calling to get updates on the bike, so far I do not have my bike back, and nobody is in a hurry to call me with any information. Not impressed with the service department. All they have told me so far, is that they need to call KTM…

Nice place, friendly employees, decent amount of inventory. The salesmen are friendly but not overly pushy. They have several bikes but not a ton, they expect you to buy some bikes without test riding them first. The parts and services guys are great, only shop open on a Monday, which is a huge plus!

My review is going to be a little boring. I special ordered both tires for my Honda Valkyrie from Wild West’s parts department. The tires arrived after a week, so I went in on a Saturday to get them installed. They were installed within 2 hours as I waited. No muss. No fuss. Thanks.

This shop is where my 2 neighbors (both Sheriff’s Deputies) have been purchasing and maintaining their bikes for many years. Since they know the owner, managers, etc., I figured I’d give them a shot.
I had a former Escort motorcycle owned by one of the 2 officers, an ’08 Honda Goldwing in great shape except for the 135,000 miles. No one would buy it. No one wanted to touch it. Roy, at WWH, was hesitant but offered me a deal. I thought about it while walking around the used bike section. In the corner, dusty and dirty, sat a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600. It was Beautiful. In the following days I tried several bikes but wasn’t satisfied. I tried the Nomad and loved it. The GM even allowed me to take it out after they usually stop giving test rides as he knew I had a long commute to get there. We decided to work a deal and the next day I had the bike. On top of that, the sales person, Billy Pine, lowered the price by another $ 200 and I didn’t ask him to. I rode off a very happy person.
Cue Bad Music– 150 miles and 3 days into my ownership the bike was leaking oil really bad. I called Billy Pine on Monday (his day off) and let him know. His concern was genuine and he said they would make it right some how. Technically, I bought the bike AS IS NO WARRANTY. They didn’t have to do anything. The next morning, Billy Pine called me and said the GM wants to have someone come get the bike as he is concerned for my safety. They trailered the bike back to the shop and dug around until about 2:30. About 5 hours. In the end, a seal had pinched or blown. Not sure, but I thought the bike was over filled with oil which would explain that. The shop replaced the seal, tested the bike and said come get it. I asked Billy how this works figuring I’d be on the hook for several hours of labor plus parts. Billy said come get the bike. We’re not going to sell you junk.
Um… WOW. From a Dealership? Really? Car Salesmen try their very best to screw you in almost every example I can think of. Billy Pine, Roy, GM, all you guys in Sales that worked with me. I want to say thanks. Really. Thanks. I will do nothing but give you good press.

Your kidding right? They fucked up my dirt bike. stripped all the screws from using power tools to the point to where I can’t be taken out. On top of never fixing the gas leak that I came there for them to fix… I’ll post pictures at some point.

These guys give dealerships a good name. Experienced, professional staff. Both Service and Parts departments are top notch. They have employees with long tenures there and it shows in quality of the service. Recommended.

This place has been here since we moved to Katy in the 80’s when the only thing past Grand Parkway was Katy High School. Needless to say you don’t stay in business for that long doing things the wrong way.
The sales and service have always been friendly and they have a great selection of products on hand in the store.
I’ve taken both of my motoX over the years to have them worked on here and they have always been fair and knowledgeable.
