I am an excellent negotiator. My number one objective is to determine if your case can be dismissed from the outset for a violation of your constitutional rights. If evidence can be suppressed because of police illegality, then that is a possible outcome. If your case cannot be, then my next objective is to help minimize any consequences that may follow. That does not mean we give up. If the matter can be fought, it will be.

I started my law office so that I could help people. Some prosecutor’s beleive that all criminal defendants are bad people. I wanted to show them their belief is wrong.

I attended law school at Thomas M. Cooley law school in Lansing, Michigan. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am married and have four children. My passion in life is the law. Since I was in high school, I wanted to be a lawyer. I have achieved my goal. I am a person with principles and am dedicated to obtain justice.
