Manager

Mike has been the Installations manager at All-​Pro Quality Garage Doors Inc. for the past 24 yrs. When asked recently in an interview for an online garage door magazine «what keeps you going in this business for so long?» Mike said «It’s simple, when you are the best in any particular field you get comfortable and you realize that you can do the most good by staying put.»

Mike currently handles customers at their Clairemont Mesa showroom as well as handling the scheduling for door installs and repairs. «Everyday is different» Mike says, «But I seriously doubt there is a company anywhere… as customer oriented as we are, I probably solve more garage door and opener related problems over the phone in one day than most others can book in a week, but that’s why I like All-Pro…that’s how we roll!!» «We have managed to compete with the guys working out of their garage that come and go and we’re still here, competing for and winning your business!» «For that, I owe you 24yrs of Thanks» –Q

Had a new roll up type door and opener installed last May. Everything went very smoothly and it’s working great over 6 months later.
Needed some follow up information and work on tune ups for other properties where they had not done the install. Very prompt, courteous, and professional.

The entire crew at All-​Pro were very professional and more than willing to walk me through the process of installing a garage door opener. As a back up, if I got into trouble with the installation they offered a very reasonable rate to put it in for me. All Pro sells professional quality garage door openers at very reasonable prices. During the installation I did have a few questions and they were more than happy to talk me through the sticky parts. My door installation was a success in large part due to this fine company. Very impressed! Mike did a superb job, from the time I first called him, to the last detail of garage door installation. Dave did a great job of stating our garage door. We hired him to install a new receiver and remote as well as wireless keypad entry and he did a fantastic job everything is working beautifully. Highly recommend. Tried to help fix problem over the phone without charging me anything !!! (How often do you find that kind of service these days???).
When I couldn’t fix on my own, they arrived very promptly and charged exactly what they had quoted me. Also took extra time to throughly lubricate and check all parts of garage door. Very professional. Highly recommend!!!

Honest, fast, and best price in town. Saw there little ad in the UT newspaper and called for my 16′ garage door springs to be replaced, quoted the lowest price I have heard trying to shop a good deal. The owner Mike said could be there in one hour on this Christmas week Monday 12÷22÷14, and Jamie changed everything out really fast and gave me a voluntary $ 10.00 senior discount. My total including tax was only $ 393.75. The employee hauled away all my old broken parts for me too. Great great company, Thank you much.

Great experience here! I needed a new remote for the garage door. Called around and got quotes from $ 69-​$ 149 cost of remote plus «programming». Called All Pro and spoke to Paul. He told me that he had the one I needed in stock, just to come down and pick one up at a fraction of the quotes I got. He instructed me on how to «program» it in about 2 minutes and I’m good to go. Thanks to All Pro for the great customer service, quickly helping me get what I needed without over-​paying.

We needed to replace a single panel on out garage door and when the other people we contacted were unwilling to do nothing other than replace the entire door, I was lucky enough to find Paul and his crew to give us a detailed quote for just the panel we required. They sent a knowledgable repairman out (Jamie) within the week after measuring the required piece myself and aside from the cost of an extra piece we needed for the roller track, the quote was just what they said.

Called All Pro for an estimate and they came out with samples to show me the different doors, measured and gave me a quote right then. I was able to look at the door panel samples and see the difference to help me decide which door to get. I also explained that we would not be using the door daily so which opener is best, the least expensive would work for us — a reliable work horse opener, so that is what I ordered. Once I decided which door, I called the office on a Thursday, ordered the door and they were able to schedule the install the next week. The install was completed within the timeframe estimated — this included a thorough lesson on how to use the new door and it’s safety features. Excellent job, competitive pricing, professional and willing to take calls if I have trouble — so far not one issue! We’ve had our new door about a week now.

Good service and excellent product knowledge! The garage door opener comes with several lock washers; ALL-​PRO did not put any washers on the opener or the structural angle iron. I had to take the whole thing apart and install all of the lock washers onto the opener myself.

Came here needing a replacement drive gear for a Lift Master garage door opener. We were able to get the gear kit here hassle free after calling other places like Lowe’s and Sears which did not have replacement garage door parts in stock. They were really nice, friendly, and knowledgable here.

Kinda felt like a bait and switch. I called All-​Pro based on the three favorable reviews listed on Unilocal.The person I talked with was polite and seemed to know what he was talking about. I explained my door problem… one spring broke and I needed a replacement one installed. I asked for a quote and he said $ 249 approx. and explained to me that they replace both springs because the other one was likely to break. I agreed. The installer showed up and the guy takes a look at the door and tells me the only thing he can do for me is to install a new over head spring… costing more than $ 100 more than the quote given to me on the phone. Nothing more could be done by then as the decision makers of the company had left for the day. No offer of any discount for the retrofit he was suggesting I needed. Was hoping for a good experience with these guys… but nothing is ever easy.

Mike is one of the last of the dying breed of contractors who truely stand by their products and services and are not in the business to get as many jobs done as quickly as possible. Aside from the videos and tutorials he uploads on youtube and his website, he has helped me resolve issues pro bono. The guys at All-​Pro Garage just came over to fix a broken torsion spring on my garage. I was very satisfied with the entire process; from the point of calling and setting up the appointment to watching my garage door open and close smoothly. When I called, they gave me a quote for the service over the phone. It was a very reasonable price and the amount they quoted was the final price I paid. They arrived on-​time and finished the repair in 20 minutes. Not once did they try and point out other things wrong with my garage that needed fixing. I highly recommend these guys for any garage door repair.
