Horrible! Don’t waste your time or effort! There are plenty of handymen and/​or cleaning services deserving of your money or business. Anthony does not appreciate your business. He does NOT show up when he says he will and not just on one occasion, he’ll reschedule and reschedule not showing up time after time until you’re the dummy going in circles. And forget phone calls. He doesn’t call back and just keeps giving you the runaround if he does happen to answer! Such a waste of time! Save yourself time and from the frustration! He appears very pleasant and willing to please BUT doesn’t want to work and makes it very clear by his actions after meeting him!

My experience with Priority One was horrible. I also purchased the Livingsocial deal for handyman services and on 3 occasions Anthony never showed up. I took off from work two days just so I could be around to let him in. I bought all the tools necessary for the installations I needed in the house and he never even called to say that he couldn’t make it. The first time around I thought it was my fault so we rescheduled again and yet again he doesn’t show up. No phone call, nothing. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Anthony seems really nice over the phone but it’s really just an act if he doesn’t have the decency to touch base with his customers.
My advice: look up youtube tutorials and do it yourself. It’s not as hard as you think.

We’ve never used a handyman before, but I bought a living social deal to fix odds and ends around the hours. I’m so happy we decided to get one. The handyman was very pleasant and arrived on time. He fixed the allignment of the doors on two glass armoirs, and our crumbling ikea dresser in two hours. If we need service, would definitely call them back
