You saw me laughing with the girls? Um no I wasn’t laughing with any girl. The lady that did my mani and pedi was older and Spanish.
If you have audio, I suggest you to listen when the lady is talking to me while doing my pedi. She made my toe bleed — did you see that in your video? I’m pretty sure I wasn’t laughing then. Not only she was rough while doing my pedi and did not do a good job with the hot stone massage but she was ignorant with the things she was asking about my fiancé. While having small talk with her she seemed to be talking down to me. Telling me I should do this instead of what I was doing. At the end of my pedi I just stopped talking and listened to her and the young girl talk. Do you see that in your video too?
Please check that and you will see that this is your so called «spa» which your nail salon has nothing spa like.
I’ve been there before to receive massages from Alex which was great and professional. But the mani/​pedi service is just awful. The older lady that is working in your spa is more ignorant than the young girl. Oh and btw they talked about you. Can you listen to that in your video too?

Maybe it was just an off day … but my experience was not 5 stars as others have written here.
I went this past NYE (with an appointment for me and a friend). We waited over 20 mins for any services to be started (with appointment). When making the appointment, I had made them for the Cleopatra pedicure. Upon arrival, they had asked if I was getting a manicure/​pedicure (as was written in their appointment book). I had explained that I had made an appointment for just the pedicure but would like to have gotten manicure too if possible. I was told they only had time for either the Cleopatra pedicure OR a regular manicure/​pedicure. I agreed to do just the regular mani/​pedi as my nails def needed it. I was then asked if I had planned on paying with a gift certificate. I was planning on it since I had received one for Christmas. I was then told I couldn’t use the gift certificate I was paying with because it was ONLY for a Cleopatra pedicure (it doesn’t list a service on the certificate just a dollar amount) AND they don’t accept gift certificates on Dec. 31. I have never heard of such a thing in my life.
When I was finally getting my manicure, I had asked about the Unilocal check in special for a free basic nail design. I was then asked if I had left my review yet as I would have needed to in order to get the free nail design. They hadn’t even done anything yet, what was there for me to review? I was also told that the nail art thing was ONLY for Thursdays (not mentioned on Unilocal anywhere). After pointing out that the day was indeed Thursday anyways they agreed to do it. The girl doing my nails was very nice and did a decent job. When it came time for the nail design, she asked what I wanted. I said it didn’t matter to me and to just do something simple/​easy for her. She suggested a snowflake and I agreed that sounded good. She drew horrible, thick lines that do no resemble anything close to a snowflake. I just do not understand why she would have suggested a snowflake if she clearly couldn’t draw one. Finally the manicure was done and it was pedicure time. The pedicure was great. I loved everything about it. The total was $ 25 for the mani/​pedi. Not sure if that was a special or their average price.
I would go back (since I still have a gift certificate I was unable to use). Hopefully next time will be better.

Had my nails done today and brought my sister with me. Once again very beautifully done. My sister liked her nails very much as well. Thank you once again for fitting us in and taking care of us.

I always have a walk in with Cassandra. It does not matter if it might go in a little after closing she takes the same amount of care. Cassandra honestly is he beat manicurist I have ever had. A part of me does not want to say how good she is because I don’t want her to get so booked. I made the horrible mistake of going somewhere else when she was booked and my nails paid the price. Cassandra made my nails look brand new. In addition, the environment is super friendly and relaxing. Plus, the price is extremely reasonable. I love this place! As someone who is not from New Jersey I found a mini family.

I needed to do pedicure and fill in so I called and was able to get in right away. I came here after my boss had did a pedicure here and I love the way they took care of her — but today it started off amazing and then went south the young lady that did my pedicure I will be honest — I loved it she was gentle an left my feet amazingly soft —
I had old uv gel on my nails an I get it they have to drill it off to put new uv gel on the first girl that’s start off did my one hand great no burning nothing she was honest an gave me recommendations, I liked an appreciated that from possibly my new nail tech — but she had an appointment an I was ok with that I get it they took me in — but when they sat me with another person that’s where it went downhill — she worked on my other hand an burned my 3 times then went over the one hand that was done an burned me once an over filed an broke my nail — I simply told her just file them down and leave them bare nothing on it — I don’t go to oriental people for that exact reason burning an not taking into consideration the customer — will I go back for a pedicure yes but my nails I cut them all off to start from scratch and I’ll have to make sure I get names so that I can make an appointment an be serviced by those young ladies only.

I was very happy with my cut and hairstyle. The attention was awesome Cassandra did a great job. Took her time and was very professional. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I definitely will return

Absolutely love this place! Hot stone massage is standard with a regular pedi and the place is beautiful unlike the average nail salon. They have great customer service and top quality work! Attentive staff, they serve coffee, water and tea to their clients. It’s also very clean! Been coming here for almost 3 years which says a lot because I’m extremely picky. I get a very thin overlay of acrylic on my natural nails, but it must be done as thin as possible and I have to say, Daniela does an amazing job at making it look like I don’t even have any acrylic. They also do the most amazing job at eyelash extensions by Diana! All of their products are of the best quality. And last but not least what originally brought me here was the massage therapist Alex! He is honestly AMAZING!!! I have referred him to many friends that suffer from chronic ailments due to accidents, medical conditions and post op. Everyone always tells me about how he gives the best massage they have ever received. This is my one stop shop for my all of my «me time» treats

I’ve only been here twice and so far so good. The owner is very nice and professional and her staff mirrors that. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
I didn’t give 5 stars because of the pricing. You go in thinking your going to pay one price and next thing you know they hit you with a higher bill. I get the gel set done. The first time I paid $ 55 and that was for a filling. A filling is suppose to be $ 35 but if you use the gel polish it’s $ 15 more which I wasn’t told that. They also charged me $ 5 more for filing my nails from almond shape to coffin shape. I did not find any of these charges out until I went the 2^nd time.
The 2^nd time I removed the set and put them back on. I decided to choose a regular polish this time because I fell in love with two colors but my nail tech said that the colors come in gel so of course without knowing that it is more money I go for it. My bill was suppose to be $ 55 for a gel set but it came out to $ 75.
As someone who managed a spa, it is a little bit of a buzz killer to be hit with secret charges. It should be stated to the person that it is more money. Ive decided to continue going because they are worth the price and they really do a great job. Just think they should be a bit more clear about their prices. You never know the persons financial situation. For now on I will ask for prices before I do anything and will hold them to it.

I got the Cleopatra Spa Pedicure from Cassandra. She was amazing!!! Loved every moment of it
Cassandra also did my gel French manicure — excellent job again. Very impressive attention to detail.

Alex did my deep tissue massage. So amazing!!! He was so professional and made me feel like jello after!!!
Everyone else there was amazingly attentive and I highly recommend this wonderful place!!!

Cute spot. The girls are really nice. Go with plenty of time. Great place if you need an all-​in-​stop place. Nails hair eye brows.

Alex… ohhhh Alex! You feel like a million dollars once your finished with your full body massage! The staff makes you feel important from the time you walk in the door. Once your done with your body massage you get an adjustment which is delightful! Clean business!

This place is actually very good for spa manis and pedis. However, they are not punctual AT ALL. I’m actually waiting outside for my 10am appointment, and it’s 10:05 and the place isn’t even open yet. If I make an appointment, it’s because I need the service at that time. It’s not professional to make people wait around and waste time.

Im still really happy with the service now they have become like a family and the service is better and better every time im so happy to have found this place.

Love the atmosphere here. It’s a very relaxing and pleasant place, dimmed lights are awesome. However, it is clear they need more staff. I have waited over half an hour despite having an appointment and other times I’ve just walked out because of the wait.

I love everything about this place! I was in need of a good massage and I found this salon in my search. I’m so glad I chose this salon because it’s become my favorite. The owners and staff make you feel welcomed and have excellent customer service skills. The atmosphere is spacious, warm and inviting. They really care about their customers and their quality of work. I’ve never had a massage done by someone as knowledgeable as Alex. He’s the best! I went back for another massage, mani pedi, haircut and haven’t been disappointed yet. They even gave me last minute appointments. I look forward to going back to experience their other various services listed.

I liked that the place was very clean and relaxing however since it was a late appointment I did not get the full spa experience. My attendant was pleasant however not very experienced with my pedicure nor my fill-​in. I paid full price and did not receive any specials and left with what looked like a very unprofessional manicure. Nothing was even done with the cuticles. I asked for pink and get a muddy clear. I watched the other person and she seemed much more experienced. I might come back but this time during the day and ask for the other attendant.

I take back what I said. I was rushed through my manicure and the results show. It was really bad. I have paint all around my cuticles and the nail polished bubbled up. What a shame. Won’t be coming back here.

Can to get a mani and pedi. $ 23 for both services on a Thursday. The asking is very cute! Curtains between each pedi station for privacy, chairs that massage you and a tv! They give you a complimentary hot stone massage for your feet which was great.
I came with my friend and we both had the same services done. She had an amazing person unfortunately, I did not have that luck. My lady was horrendous failed to ask if I wanted filed or cut, never spoke a word to me unless it was «ok» or «put in water» and best of all, looked so angry the entire duration of the services.
I would come here again but never get serviced by this lady. I only gave it 3 stars because of the bad employee. The employees are a reflection of your business and they should be trained to engage in conversation with their clients. Being in the beauty industry myself, this is completely unacceptable behavior to me.
