Update. Not only was it complete earlier than they said, but it was about a dozen dollars less than they said it would be to replace the screen on my high-​class laptop. It doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommended. Would do business with again.

i previously bought computers from a national company and got exhausted trying to get service calls answered quickly. I was referred to Computer Works by a friend and bought from them two very sophisticated computers to work on graphics and video.
i can’t say enough about the personalized services, consultation and excellent service these people have given me. I am more a pest with insecurities when it comes to computers and how to use them. Dave and his staff graciously answered all my questions, spent much time educating me and then fixing my computer under warrantee when I had a problem.
They are smart, helpful and expert. I did not have to ship computers out, wait for parts or have to guess for two hours on the phone what the problem was.
They are customer oriented, local and very responsive. I got my computer back quickly and repaired correctly the first time.
