Threshold Home Inspection, LLC was established to provide a reliable home inspection business in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire that provided comprehensive inspections, reports that provide well organized and easy to understand information, excellent customer/​inspector communication, in addition to air radon testing by a nationally certified analyst, and carefully conducted water test sampling.

Business Owner

My name is Earl Horn, and I’m owner and operator of Threshold Home Inspection, LLC. I have years of experience renovating, building and inspecting homes, in addition to 20 years as a science educator. The combination of knowledge of construction, a keen observational eye, and the ability to communicate provide a critical combination of skills that benefit my customers. And because I’ve lived in Southern New Hampshire for over 40 years, I understand first-​hand the unique demands that this region’s climate puts on a building and its systems.
