I always go see Nikki and she does a wonderful job! She consistently takes her time on my manicure and ensures I like the finished product. The salon is always busy so I recommend making an appointment otherwise you will be waiting.

I’ve been to salons all over WA and OR and this is going to be my last trial salon ’cause they did an amazing job. Had my eyebrows, toes, and nails done. The people were so nice and the quality was amazing. So glad I found them!!!

went there mothers day weekend for me and my daughter. I have had pedicures at other places and done my own lasting up to a month. My daughters chipped the very next day and mine are now all chipping just one week later! A lot of money on something that doesnt last. They are not friendly at all and seemed very hurried even though we had appointments. The lady asked me if i wanted my toenails shorter i said no, and she cut them anyway. My daughters toe nails were cut way too short, the flower design she did on my toe nail looked like something a first grader could have done. But the chipping of the polish after spending 30 bucks a piece is not even worth it. I have no idea why this business always seems so busy!

They use terrible, CHEAP quality stuff. I got solar nails, not very long, and they lasted less than a week. Two of them broke. I have NEVER broken a nail before. I will not be going back to them ever again! Waste of money!

This salon is awesome. I had to get my nails fixed from a previous encounter at a horrible salon. She fixed my nails for a reasonable price. Then I came back later for nails and it was only 40 $ for a full set with gel overlay. It’s awesome! She did great! Definitely going back for a fill and color change soon. I really recommend this place. They’re very welcoming and nice. Especially great prices.

We made an appointment and requested to have some simple nail art done for the Oregon Ducks game. Waited 30 minutes before we were helped. The guy was incredible rude when we showed him what we wanted them to look like. He refused to add the final stripes on the nails shown in the picture. Very unapproachable and not at all accommodating. Never going back!

Don’t waste your time going to this salon. They don’t know how to do designs (only flowers) I had picture of several designs and none of the employees could do designs. I asked for samples but they all just chattered in chinese (rude). Finally one gal said she would try after I said I would settle for dots and lines. This is only reason I gave a star orherwise would not have given star

I went with 2 stars because it wasn’t a truly horrendous experience but this place gets no more than that based on the outcome of my pedicure. There is no reason for her to have butchered my toes like she did. It’s actually painful to wear shoes now as a result. The massage chairs are great but the polish selection is chaotic. I must’ve picked up the same six bottles of red twelve times each because I couldn’t tell if I’d already checked to see if it was Big Apple Red or not. When green is next to orange and red and purple and then three rows down and nine bottles to the left is another red and six rows up & five from the far right is another red, it’s just chaos. Plus they had almost no neutral colors at all; very disappointing. Also with the massage as part of either mani or pedi, don’t count on consistency. What you get on one side will be completely different from what you get on the other side. There were some nail techs there that spoke English well; I couldn’t understand my girl. At all.

A friend and I wanted to get our nails done, so this being the first nail shop we saw in the Keizer Station Mall, we ventured on in…
First impression upon walking in was good, it was very stylish and chic, unlike most nail shops, so I was excited… BUT, we were basically denied service. Why?! Beats the hell out of me! There were only TWO customers in the shop and two employees, one of which wasn’t even doing anything but standing there looking stupid. It’s not like we walked in right before closing time, it was 5pm!
The employee said we could make an appointment for the next day, but we just left. I decided to take my business elsewhere and will NEVER go back, even if they were the best in town… Why?! Because no nail shop should ever turn down business, I mean, they do people’s nails for a living… pretty sure they aren’t making millions.
Judging by the other reviews for this place, they better hope their regulars keep coming back because they sure as shit aren’t scoring any points with new customers!

I live twenty minutes from this shop. Three times in a row I have arrived for my appointment and been told that one of the their technicians hadn’t arrived and to come back the next day. I have given up. Don’t bother and don’t count on your appointment being honored.
