Very honest shop that does quality work. The process of working with an insurance company was a beating but Carlos and his crew took care of my car and even were able to do some custom work for me within my budget. Highly recommended if you are ever in the same situation.

Went there to get windshield replaced. First time windshield was not replaced properly and had to take it back to be replaced again. Second time Was told it would be an hour. It ended up being three hours then on the drive home a piece of the car flew off! Then they came to fix it and it was –and is still — messy sloppy work. Epoxy all over car parts, wires not properly tucked in. Should have gone to dealer and will from now on.
On the plus side they paid our deductible and rental car. They use a third party windshield repair… maybe they should rethink this or get a new one.

This is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. They are so, so honest and don’t try and screw you over. Carlos goes above and beyond to get you a good deal. Will never go anywhere else again!

I was quoted $ 400 elsewhere to fix a broken regulator on my window. Less than half the price here, fixed in about an hour, and Carlos went above and beyond what was reqired of him. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Carlos and his crew did an excellent job repairing paint scratches on my black truck which everyone knows is a challenge. Not only was the work exceptional, the price was fair. My truck looks good as new. Could not recommend these guys more! Great to do business with!

I originally went to Kwik Kar off Denton Highway in Watauga with the «Free Alignment» coupon they put on my door. This was for an $ 80 alignment, not the free Alignment Check. My alignment was off from hitting a curb. They said it would be real quick, like 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, they bring me to the garage and show me the fancy alignment program. The technician said I couldn’t get an alignment, because the real issue was a bent knee assembly. He said he would call me in the morning with a quote to let me know how much that would actually cost.
The next day, he calls and tells me it would be about $ 750 for the used part and labor. I said I’d get a second opnion.
I took the car to Keller Haslet Collision, who said the knee assembly wasn’t bent, but the part had shifted slightly from the impact with the curb. They just had to unscrew a few bolts, move it back to the correct spot, and screw it back in, which they did. Then they could do the actual alignment. They charged me $ 150 for the diagnostic, fixing the issue, and the alignment, which I happily paid.

Best collision repair experience I’ve ever had. Carlos was extremely helpful and professional. Work quality was exceptional. They even waxed and cleaned the entire car. I recommend it without any reservations.

Best body shop EVER! We have used Keller Haslet Collision Center twice and Carlos and his techs are great. Both times, we could have used a reputable repair shop less than two miles from our house, but instead chose to drive 55 miles from our home in Granbury, dealing with the horrible traffic on I35, to trust our car to Carlos. His work is very good, He is honest, and puts customer satisfaction FIRST. The car always looks brand new when the work is done, with even the engine compartment detailed. Even though we didn’t have any deductible the second time, He gave us money back, just to say thanks for the business. I would drive 100 miles to use Keller Haslet again! There is nobody better!
