MedSpring Urgent Care

This review may seem a little overboard but I am
Seriously obsessed with this urgent care. When you are sick you just want to be taken care of and that’s exactly what Medspring urgent care did for me. From the initial interaction I had with Summer to the reason for my visit meeting with Dr Ali everything was easy! Summer was very friendly and thorough in getting me checked in, making sure she had all of my insurance information taken care of so we didn’t run into any issues after the fact. Reece (or Reese I’m not quite sure) was very easy to talk to and efficient in prepping me for the Dr. To come in. And Dr. Ali was very thorough in making sure all of my needs were met, although I know it was a busy morning, I didn’t for a second feel rushed in meeting with him. Although my visit took around an hour (this for my standards is very quick … I’m used to being in an urgent care office for at least an hour before even being moved to a private room) it was pleasant since I was very quickly taken out of the waiting room and placed into a private room where I had control over my own Tv which made time fly. They also offer tea, coffee and snacks!!! I told Summer on my way out that I hope I don’t have to return soon but if I must it will be here! (I don’t live in Texas and the entire visit I kept telling my family that the southern hospitality I was shown at Medspring made me want to move to Texas) thank you Medspring for the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had !! Keep up the good work

We have been to this urgent care on 3 separate occasions and have been pleased with the doctor and assistants. We have always been seen quickly as well. It’s a nice clean facility and everyone is friendly.

I made a visit today for a sinus infection. Everybody from the front desk check in person all the way to the doctor could not have been nicer. The facility is very clean, very comfortable and I was very impressed by it. I highly recommend this urgent care when needed. On an added note thank you for being open on Easter Sunday.

Super fast service. The doctors are great and met my needs. I love the TVs in all of the rooms. This will be my go to Urgent Care center.

OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!!! The doctors and nurses seemed like nice enough people but if you are looking for more reasonable prices, you should probably look elsewhere. It’s like when you go there in your hour of need, they will figuratively pull a hot poker from the fire and jam it in your eye… that’s how the prices feel. Seriously, it might actually be cheaper to go to the ER. $ 125 for a 2 minute consultation where the Dr said my son had strep.

I went here cause of the reviews. It is a really nice place and the staff was nice. Was there a little longer then I wanted to be I think a hour and a half total time but they got me squared up and taken care of. I would return again and suggest this place to others.

Great place. Very prompt, fast (in and out in less than an hour) clean, kid-​friendly, customer service oriented. We have frequented both this location and the Alliance one as well. Both exceptional. We have had to bring my 3 year old in a few times now in the last couple of weeks due to various kid bugs etc (tis the season). She loves the place. She gets to eat gold fish, drink juice, & receive squirter toys at each visit. Oh and she also gets to color at a kids table and watch the Disney channel inside the patient room. (Which they lead you to a room upon minutes of getting there which has a couch and is very accommodating)
If you have kids, this is a good place to take them for the basics (cold, flu, strep, etc) they do have an x-​Ray machine… but no blood work/​labs done on site… so if you think you might need that… better to search out a pediatric urgent care/​ER.
If you are an adult great too! Snacks, good channel selection while you wait (which you don’t do much of, if any) & fast and friendly service.

Worst place ever! I called to make an appointment and asked if they could fill out my FMLA form as my company requires it… they said yes! I go to my appointment. I asked at the end if I could drop it off when I’m feeling better… She said yes! I take my FMLA form and now they won’t fill it out!

I’ve been to this medspring and the one in presidio near target and in n out and both visits have been great! They are open when my family physician is not, both places are very clean and new, very friendly staff. It has been a very short wait each time and they take care of me. I highly recommend!!!

Beautiful facility. Excellent nurses and doctors. A truly blessed experience. I would recommend medspring to anyone. They were very helpful, saw us fast we didn’t have to wait to long to be seen. They were honest and try to do their best to help us with our needs

Oh MedSpring. How I love you. You are right next door to Starbucks. Your staff (every one) had smiles on their faces. Nobody acted like they would rather be anywhere than at work. Your office is clean… so very clean and pretty. I waited approximately 12 seconds before being escorted into a private room with a comfy chair, TV (you control the remote), snacks, drinks, magazines, wifi, and even a child-​sized table with coloring supplies for my nonexistent bambino. Even though I probably could have skipped coming in and let my eyelid heal on its own… you all listened to my woes and saved your eye rolls till after I left. My eye med has been called in to my pharmacy. Just 30 minutes after walking in, I’m a free woman.
My only complaint is that I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy all the amenities. ;) Until next time!

I would seriously recommend this urgent care center over the others.
