History

Established in 1982.

We are so proud to have three generations working here. Our whole family lives and breaths home services. My dad is most loved but has taught me core values on treating people as family. Now that my son works here he loves working with and learning from grandpa. OC stands for Orange County California where my dad first master his skill and managed over a hundred works. So my dad was building customer relations for as long as I can remember. Wanting the best atmosphere to raise us he moved us home to Keller TX and changed business structure to services only friend and referrals to build strong relationships. I grew up and learned everything from him but that wasn’t good enough so he sent me to UTI for a year in hope I would go from good to the best. Fast forward and now we have my sweet wife on the phones with grandma caring guidance. My son is now running circles around me. Our history values never change but each day we try to make the customer experience better.

Hi, my name is Levi and I am the service tech manger one of three generations six family members. Now that grandpa handles the phones along with wife, sister and mom. I manage and help techs that might have a challenge. I help reinforce dads belief in staying very local, no more then 15 miles form Keller Texas. Ive also been able to keep 100% same day, and the 1 hour arrival window. We have a company goal of trying to be stocked to repair over 90% of home repairs in the first trip. In fact last year 92% repairs done in the first trip, this saves us and customers lots of money and time. Also 98% of our customer like us (2% is still a mystery). So if you are a customer and have and idea, tell us thats really how we got some our biggest improvements, including up front pricing, same day service, Open 247 and weekends at no extra fee, full warranty (no small print) and of course we alway answer the phone!
